My husband and I started noticing our 2 year old is using her sippy cup as a pacifier. Of course we switched cups completely to avoid any teeth problems etc. Funny thing is she never even liked pacifiers to begin with so that was never an obstacle for us, and of course we didnt realize how big of a deal this would be to her. Its the 3rd day and she wont go to bed alone, very whiney and she barely drinks! overall miserable and if anyone knows 2 year olds they are challenging without these dependency problems. Has anyone else gone through this? and if so, what helps without creating a substitute?

EVERYTIME I get a cold or some other illness i.e. sinus infection , flu etc. the inside of my nose FEELS warmer although its not warmer to the touch. when i breathe out it seems hot although it isnt. Pretty sure its just because my nasal passages are irritated but i cant seem to find a solid answer. Does this happen to anyone else I seem to be the only one ... Maybe im not wording this right?
