    Mechanical Question?

I had a brother in law do this to a truck of ours. It seems things are always breaking when they are in his possession. Being as my mechanical skills are lacking in this department, I was wondering if anyone can look at this photo and tell me what exactly the problem is. I can see that it is broken and looks like it is snapped off. He claims that he was going 25 mph. I highly doubt it.

Truck is a 2004 ford ranger ext cab.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Wrong name on police report?

My brother was in a car accident a few years ago. However, I just discovered today that the report shows my name and Texas driver license number but with his DOB, age, etc. My brother did not commit fraud or anything. Does anyone know how this could have happened? Maybe they pulled my name from an old ticket or something? Please help!

  • Types of Gold Rings for Men?

Recently, I got engaged. The wedding band that I really like is a white gold ring with tastefully placed small diamonds in the center. However, I ordered my college ring as I am soon to graduate. The ring is a yellow gold with small diamonds placed around the school logo. The yellow is not too yellow but almost a mix between white gold and yellow.

My question is, would it really matter if the rings are two different colors? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

  • How much should I sell my half stack for?

I have a Shockwave Crate Head GT3500H 350W in decent shape. It needs pegs on the legs as two have fallen off. It sounds good still.

The cabinet is a Basson 4x12. It ROCKS! I absolutely love it. It still have the protective film over the nameplate on the front screen. New, they're almost $1000. They went out of business a little over a year ago.

I am selling both of these items. Any idea how much I should sell them for? I don't want to get rid of them but, I need to downsize!

  • Car trouble possibly brakes 2002 Ford Ranger?

Brakes seem to have a little noise coming from them when I first press down on my brake pedal. This is not a screeching noise or anything. More like something is pressing. I can hear it coming from my front passenger side. I don't know if it is a strut or brake pad. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • What should I do if someone purposely takes up two spots right where I normally park?

I live in a Townhome complex and there is this annoying college kid that continues to park his dodge dually, long wheel base truck where he takes up two spots, sometimes even three!!! It's not because he has a nice truck-it's because he either cannot park it or because he is too lazy. Honestly, I think it's both!

Is there anything that I could do (call tow truck, apartment manager, park close etc) to get this fixed? I've spoke with the complex manager but, nothing has changed. Any other suggestions?

  • Buying a used car...?

Have ran across a deal for a 2010 Ford Focus. It has nearly 41,000 miles, 2.0, leather, and seems in great condition. Sticker says that it's $14,950. I looked up the KBB value from a CPO dealership, it said it was over $16,000.

What would be a good price to start negotiating from?

  • Current Long Term Debt on the Balance Sheet?

On the balance sheet, I want to say that this is a current liability.

Is this correct? If not, where would it go-under Long Term Liabilities?

    Thank you so much!

  • What is a good company to review their financial statements?

I have to pick a publicly traded, non-financial institution to review their financial statements and do analyses. It also has to be a U.S. based company. I don't want to get a HUGE company. Those statements would be ridiculous.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • My lead singer is a dictator. What do I do?

I have a singer in my band that doesn't like anything. He is hard headed and not easy to get along with. It is destroying the band. My best friend plays in the band with me and our singer is driving us away. What should do about this situation? I feel that talking to him may be useless. I am thinking about quitting, but I won't have a band to play in anymore. Suggestions?
