Im writing a novel in which i kill two characters in the very first chapter.(5700 words) Both characters needed to die to get the story started, but it seems to fast. I cannot keep them alive until later, and Im worried that readers will think that its too face based just by judging the first chapter. Your thought?

Hello, I am a senior in high school in desperate need of advise. I am currently in a struggle to find the right career path for me. I have considered joining the military, however I want a job that I can look how I want to look and act how I wish to. I would not mind teaching history, but I cannot afford college funds. I am in love with music as I have been all my life. I like to write stories and poetry and I enjoy building things. Another hobby that I take part in is building computers for gaming. I also enjoy computer programming but my skills are of novice level. I would love to have a business of my own but I have no clue were to start. As nerdy as it sounds me and a friend of mine have discussed opening a card shop and selling are magic the gathering cards. A computer shop would also be of interest.

So based off of the information I have given, could anybody list out some career options and or business tips. Thank you!

I'm looking for new(ish) pc games that have good graphics,playability, and the potential for modding. Games I like to play are fallout, the elder scrolls, anything zombies. I prefer my games to have an endless playability along with rpg elements. I'm up for anything new(or old).

how many of you out there on the Internet will at least consider that satan is not all that bad. After all without him guiding eve to eat from the tree of knowledge we would not be able to tell the difference from good and evil. God wanted Adam and Eve to obey and not eat the tree but without eating from the tree they could have not possibly known that it was wrong to disobey and eat from said tree. In the bible it only blames satan as being the greatest wholly evil but the book never states why. This just seems like god playing the hate game of satan because satan wanted more power. Which obviously granting satan power of his own would not be such a bad idea for the fact that he wanted knowledge of good and evil just as he taught eve in genesis. And after all the hoopla of eve disobeying God, God punishes both Adam and Eve for listening to Satan when they didn't even know any better. The bible never speaks of satan killing thousands of people that was gods doing! Why is it that Christian (and other faiths) do not open their eyes to the fact that satan is not all that bad? If you are religious and follow the Christian faith then it is a fact to you that the only reason that you have an intelligent mind of your own and your own free will is because of satans instructions and not gods commands. Please excuse any grammatical errors as I was typing this quickly. Any input of whichever faith is both highly appreciated and will not be argued with.

Will an EVGA 750ti fit inside a dell inspiron 545 slim case with a pcie x16 slot? I found that a vision tek hd 7750 low profile card will fit and its dimensions are 2.7x13.6x5.2. I have heard that it will fit and that it wont but i really need to know before i make a purchase. Dell has a list of cards that fit my computer but that list is out dated as the 750ti was released only last year.

So I told this girl that I'm not really one for Valentine's Day but I really like her a lot. I then asked if she will be my valentine and she smiled, nodded said yes and gave me a thumbs up. (She's kinda shy) I was then pulled aw by one of my friends and had to catch the bus to go home from school....soo I'm really confused if she'll date me or not and I didn't have time to get her number.what do you think?

also any comments on the gforce gtx 840m for games like skyrim and fallout what settings can it play games like these on?or just any experiences and comments on the graphics card.
