I am suffering from Burning Sensation at the time of urine for last 5 months. My Urine Test Result as under:

Albumin : (++), RBC : 15-20/hpf, Pus Cell: Plenty.

I have taken Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 2 weeks and I felt better. Then I got another urine test. There results are -- Albumin : (+), RBC : 4-5/hpf, Pus Cell: 60-70/hpf. And after two days burning sensation increase again. Then I got homeopathic treatment for 1 month. I felt better this time also. But after few days burning sensation increase again. Finally I got Ceftriaxone 1g 1M injection first three dosage in three days and last three dosage in one day intervals. But I am still feeling Burning sensation at the time of urine.

Please suggest me, what should I do ?

Please Note, I have no kidney stone and no chlymadia. Only burning sensation at the time of urine.
