okay so i have tequila and mix but want to make them fresh on the beach because i dont think they would transport well. is there anyway to make them without a blender?

If i i do cardio after school at 3, then go to work and hit the gym around 9 would my cells be recovered enough? I take glutamine before bed and when i wake up so i have a constant flow to promote recover but just wondering if that leaves enough time for a solid gym session?

im big into running and i lost a lot of body fat and am kinda scrawny now, so i started lifting weights. my question is should i decrease the amount i run? i usually do distance of about 6 miles and its med-high intensity or ill do like 2-3 miles of high intensity. i want to build muscle and get more toned then huge and i eat fairly healthy, lots of proteins. i lift at least 3 times a week and already get low intensity cardio from walking around the store at work and skateboarding

to sum it up i wan to know if the amount of cardio im doing is interfering with my muscle gains?

im 17 and currently have my permit from NY state. i dont have the time to take the drivers ed class due to work and family commitments, so i was wondering if there was a 5 hour class or video i can take and then schedule my road test at the dmv and obtain my full licence?

ok so im asking on which workouts would be more beneficial towards burning fat. i usually go to the gym 2-4 times a week and i usually do like 45 min of weights then 20 min of cardio on a machine, however i started running and was wondering if running for like 40 min on the track then doing pushups, dips, and planks would be better

Ok, so im 16 and have been working at a local drugstore for one year. i still make minimum wage($7.25/hr) and ive been waiting for my boss to give me a raise but it seems that you have to ask. im very good at what i do and im given lots of responsibilitys and im currently one of the longest employed people they have at the moment. im thinking to ask for $8.50/hr but should i ask for $8.75/hr incase my boss tries to negotiate?

im due for an upgrade and ive decided on the iphone 5 but ive heard rumors of the 5s coming out in june, should i wait to buy that or buy the 5 now and maybe sell it and get the newest model when it comes out.

im due for an upgrade and i think i should a smartphone because im the only 16 year old without one where im from so i figured why not. i just cant decide between the iphone 5 which just seems cool because all the hype or the samsung galaxy iii which looks much more useful but just a bit bulkier and less sleek.
