I quit last year, and I'm doing good. People know and they're very supportive, and they've even learned to accept the scars. But when people ask me about it, I emotionally break down and I've almost gone into panic attacks. I completely shut down and it takes me a while to go back to normal again.

Why does this happen? I haven't had any problems wearing short sleeves, and this summer my mom will help me find something to wear so I can swim. I just don't understand why I can't talk about the two year time period of self-harm.

Can anyone help me out with this?

For a female character in a story, which is set around the 1700s. I am looking for a name that is only slightly unusual, though not overly so. Just a name that will draw attention to her when it is revealed, but not a name that will cause her to be alienated.

The twins are female (obviously), ages 17, soon to be 18. They have long chestnut hair. All I'm asking is this: If the temperature on the mountain is 10 degrees Celsius, how would one calculate the boiling point of water at the top of the mountain? Just curious about how one could like, bring another character into a scene. Like, say you have several characters talking, and a new one joins the conversation. How would you introduce the person? Would you just use their first name or both first and last names? Also how would you describe them without doing up a whole paragraph just on that one person?
