Hi. My wife, 1 year old son and I were going to visit my parents in May for 2 weeks. We have 3 small Chihuahua terrier dogs. Well behaved and parents have met one of them before. They changed their mind and said if we don't get rid of the 3rd dog that we aren't welcome to visit. Is that normal? I would welcome my parents to visit my small apartment even if they had 5 dogs. They have a 2,300 Sq foot house with one acre yard and shed and garage...So them saying they don't have enough space is ridiculous...anyways they're firm on this but I don't wanna sell my dog or take him to a shelter! What would you do? Am I being ridiculous or are they? Thanks.

Drove it home today after buying it just fine. Tonight opened it using the remote and it went nuts with the horn, lights, and other sounds waking up all my neighbors. Now the security system is on. How do I disable it so I can try in the morning? I appreciate all your help

Do you think that a 1964 1/2 Mustang with a straight six motor needing minimal body work with rust here and there and torn seats is worth buying for $4,000? Other than the seats, the interior looks nice and maintained well and it runs good and numbers match. It is my first time trying to buy a classic and I don t want to make a mistake. $4,000 seems low to me and I m sure somebody experienced would know if the car is a waste of money. I don t know how many miles are on the car yet. Wanted to ask this question before meeting up with the seller.

I've never rented a place or owned a place in my life. I was 17 when I joined the Army and have been there ever since and am now 19. I've only been in the barracks. I applied for an apartment today on transunion smart move and after finishing it told me "Rental Payment Failure" under my name in red. Why is it saying I failed to pay rent if I never have lived anywhere except for Army barracks?

I am almost done my first Army contract (4 years) and want to find a different career. Can I go straight out of the Army to becoming an ATF agent? Anyone done this before? I was not an MP.

I don't want to reenlist in the Army. I noticed to become an ATF agent you do not need a degree although I have started one. Is it possible to go straight out of your first contract in the military to the ATF? Anybody have any experience with this. It would be much appreciated

My girlfriend was born and raised in Vietnam. She came to America in June 2009. They traveled to Vietnam for a couple weeks in June 2013 and came back. Her Dad just got citizenship for here in the US a couple weeks ago, thus giving my gf citizenship because she is his child (we are both 18). So I need to know, is she still a Vietnamese citizen after becoming a US one?

Just bought this car from someone yesterday. Wouldn't start so we tried jumping it. Still didn't start so he tried tightening something on the battery with his hand and not using any tools or anything. Car started after that and the test drive went real smooth. So I bought the car and now tonight the theft light is flashing and when I try to start the car it just makes that click click click noise and then the service engine light pops up along with the red battery light...I'm hoping this is just because I need to tighten something on the battery, like the previous owner did yesterday before my mechanic buddy test drove it. I really know nothing about cars so don't know if this is gonna be a major problem or a quick fix. Please help.

If you have taken the FSI Basic Spanish Course (supposedly takes you through to fluency), can you please give me your review on it? I've completed through Unit 7/50 and the Spanish seems to be sticking in my head and coming along nicely...

One online tutor site claims that taking 3 hours of their lessons per week gets most of their students conversational or above in Spanish in 6 months. Is that feasible?

Say every other day for 2 months...And lessons would be 1 hour...What would my level of Spanish be? Is learning online with private lessons effective?

-7 letter tattoo all the way across my chest. (Tall and skinny so I have a small chest)

- Each letter is 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide.

- Filled-in with black ink.

- The lettering has some cursive and is jagged. (I assume that would make it take a little longer)

I just need to know how long you think this would take and if I'd have to go through two sittings, which I don't want to do. If you know a price range that'd be helpful too. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm in AIT and I got switched to the swing shift hours (1600-0300). My phase counseling says I can smoke, but only during "non-duty hours". Does this mean during MY personal non-duty hours? Or does it mean the base's regular non-duty hours? Anybody ever have swing shift and was able to smoke during their non-duty hours? Just trying to stay out of trouble...thanks.
