Broken Free

I bought, downloaded and installed all three current DLC packages (honest hearts, dead money, old world blues) for fallout new vegas and i have yet to see any change in game (no radio signals, notices, random encounters, etc.) aside from additional trophies being available. I also initially had the classic pack and thats not showing up either. Any ideas with what could be wrong and how to fix it?

I recently bought three DLC packages for Fallout: New Vegas, but for some reason, after downloading and installing, im not seeing any comfirmation that theyre working. Is there a certain process im supposed to follow with DLC? (other than the classic pack ive never downloaded expansions)

Ok so i found a waxing kit, and i need to know if waxing can permanently remove or reduce my hair growth over a period of time, and if so, about how long would it take, and how long does my hair need to be in order to wax? I have the misfortune of growing hair nearly everywhere, and i want to berid of most of it below the shoulders, i need something effective (pain isnt a huge issue) and inexpensive for most of it, then i need something gentle and effective, also inexpensive, for removing the hair from my balls.

PS, When i say inexpensive, im hoping for something under 50$ per treatment, i dont want to do anything as incredibly expensive as laser hair removal, and i know shaving wont work for long, you cant fool me like that.

PPS, for all you that tend to feel male or female superiority, this is something both my girlfriend and i want, i hate the hair all over the place, it makes me feel dirty, and she prefers smooth skin to a hairy Hyde.
