On Monday and Tuesday 2-3 days ago, I did PE we were doing really races sprinting and then the long jump. I didn't warm up properly. My thugs now really really hurt! It hurts to put pressure on them, they are VERY weak. Getting off a chair takes me about 5 minutes. I can't bear much weight on the, and when I walk up and down stairs I have to walk very weirdly. I was in the shower today and my legs just gave out and I started falling but luckily caught my self. It hurts extremely bad and it's very difficult to get around, it hurts 24/7.Do you think it's a pull, tear or rupture?
