Do most local codes require a certain amount of space between the vent pipe and the wood where the vent pipe goes through the roof? Where can I find a diagram of how this should look?

We are traveling to a relatives house for the 4th of July weekend. I would like to cook some baby back ribs to take with me. I would like to cook them at home and bring them with me and then reheat them when we get there. I normally use a 2-1-1 method to cook them om my gas grill. Normally I would just bring the raw ribs and cook them on-site. However, this particular relative does not have a gas grill. Any suggestions ion how to accomplish this? Should I wait to do the last 1 hour step until I get there? Or will this mess up the whole cooking process?

My company would like to begin sending emails to all of it's existing customers. However many of these customers have Yahoo email addresses. How can we avoid being blacklisted by Yahoo? Is there a site that explains this or maybe an email address or phone number to contact Yahoo regarding this issue?

I know how to cut ridge caps out of whole shingles and I know how to start putting the caps on the ridge. My question is " how does the last ridge shingle get installed where the nails don't show"?

I often hear bands/artists being criticized because "all their songs sound the same". But, I also hear them being criticized for changing their sound. How many times have you heard things like "I liked their old stuff" or " I liked them before they changed"? Is there a happy median where a band/artist can change yet still keep some of their "old sound"?
