I had gastric bypass 3 weeks ago but i have horrible acid in my stomach. It's uncomfortable and it doesn't let me sleep and causes constant discomfort. My Dr finally prescribed Nexium but at $200 a bottle i cannot afford it. Is Prilosec otc as effective?? should i crush it even though the bottle says not to?

My computer crashed so I had to restart it to original settings. I have an ipod touch with hundreds of songs downloaded.I have reinstalled itunes on my computer but would hate to lose all my songs. It took me days to correctly seperate them by album and add *every single album artwork.....is there a way to copy EVERYTHING back to my itunes?? HELP!!!!

so I went to the dentist 5 days ago. while working on a crown he cut a hole in my tongue. How? I'm not sure but it was big enough he stitched it twice but they fell out before i left. he prescribed vicodine and penicillin but I still felt pain. I went to my normal doctor and she gave me a shot for inflammation , drew blood and had no infection,and gave me lidocaine to numb my tongue. problem is I am still in HORRIBLE pain. gets worse every day.i can't talk or eat and everytime i move my tongue it kills me. what do i do with this pain?? hello, I'm looking for a career where i could be my own boss and work from home. I have a garage space and an office but have no clues. currently I'm a cc rep for a mobile carrier but I hate my hours. i am willing to go back to school but have no idea where to start, Interests: dogs, kids, computers, business.....pretty much open to any idea..no limits.......let me know what works for you!!!

Okay, so basically I have a neightbor who keeps letting his three dogs lose. He works at a vets so u would think he'd take better care and more responsibility for his pets but I'm wrong. I have two dogs in my yard but since he keeps his roaming the neighborhood they dig holes in my yard from the outside in. I have a tiny dog and she peeks her head out but never really leaves but what worries me more is my Adult Akita who DOES NOT get along well with other dogs and I'm scared he'll get out and bite another dog. I have even called Animal Control to pick the dogs bc he refuses to place them in the yard but they evade them and hide when they show up. What can i do to keep them off my property and to prevent them from trying to dig in...help!!!

My can't is constantly clawing my couch despite the purchase of the claw things(sorry i forgot what they're called). I really don't wan't to get her declawed but her claws gets caught in my furniture and she screams when she can't get loose. I'm scared she'll get hurt if not supervised.Is it cruel to get her declawed? Can she scratch herself after? Will she be happy?

I own a v6000 that's only three months old.Everything works great but when I try accessing the internet it won't let me if my laptop is charging or connected. I use a wireless connection. Is this normal? What can I do ?
