I need to know for a story I'm writing. I figured dragonborn is because of Skyrim, but is Dragon-Born? Or does it even make a difference? The story is not related to skyrim or its characters.

I live in Knoxville Tennessee. I went into my bathroom, turned on the light and there was a spider. Froze instantly, I'm arachnophobic. Here's the basic description: brown, fast, seemed to fall off the wall but hang a little from webbing as it fell, about an inch long, had the body shape of the Brazilian wandering spider but downsized (thank God it wasn't one of those), might have had little dark markings on it. It might have been a brown recluse but all pictures I saw of those have a rounded abdomen, and this spider had a pointed one.

I've been living in my house for a little over a year and there has been consistent problems with it. The air vents don't function properly, we have a broken sink stopper and almost sink handles, the gutters outside look like waterfalls when it rains, we've had to have toilets replaced, one of our bathtubs doesn't even work, the porch out front has weak flooring and walls that are falling apart, and when it rains it leaks through the roof and into the house in some spots to the point that we've had to replace ceiling panels. There are other small things but those are the biggest issues. He is aware of these problems. But still does little to nothing. What he has done has made things worse. So my question is, could/should I take him to court over this? Also if I did, what would I get out of it? I need serious and well informed answers. Thank you for your time.

I know there aren't any that are 100% accurate online, but I need one that can get as close as possible. I regularly speak to people in Japan and it's a real pain when a translation is incorrect.
