Painting an old concrete birdbath a need a sealer that wont seep harmful chemicals into the water. Suggestions?

Looking for an inexpensive but reputable beginner board for a 10 year old. The person turning right would have the right of way normally but when its a two lane one way street, do you turn and stay in the lane to the right to give the person across the street the left lane? Sore throat and general crappy feeling so I got in to my doctors practitioner for a strep test which came back negative. She said my WBC was almost 13000 so something was going on but said it wasn't viral because my blood work was normal lol...ummm you JUST said my WBC was elevated so how can it be normal? Anyway....which brings me to my question. How do they tell the difference when both cause an elevated WBC?

Ok seriously, im not new to baking by any stretch but for the life of me I cant get my snickerdoodles to stay fat and thick! My friend makes hers and everytime they come out thick and fat and she wont tell me what she does! I have tried the extra flour, with baking soda AND baking powder, without baking powder, with milk and without, with butter and shortening and with just butter, chilling them before baking etc etc...nothing makes them look like hers! Lol HEEELLLLLLLLLP!

My car, 2002 Hyundai Sonata has been failing to start randomly.Its not overheating, there are no clicks, the battery is fully charged, no grinding or whining from the starter, just for the past few days it starts one minute and not the next! I assumed that if it were a solenoid then I would still hear some sort of grinding or starter teeth clicking or something but no...NO SOUND AT ALL! What the hell could it be?

I am 38 and pregnant. Very unhealthy and told I will need a c section which terrifies me ! I have been stressing about the dangers of this c section and the possibility that I may not survive it due to infection, blood loss, clot etc. Yesterday I talked to my mother and she said she feels I will not survive childbirth ! I never told her about my fears ! So I then talked to my husband about her fears and he then tells me that he had a dream and was visited by people in the dream who told him that I will not survive another childbirth !! WTF ?!?!?!? Now I am FREAKING out !! I am sooo afraid...I have two kids already and the youngest is just 5 and NEEDS me !!! Im so scared !!!

The wheres my refund says the 31st but the IRS does NOT deposit in Tuesdays and my bank does not delay deposits. So I called the IRS and the dumb *** said now its the 7th of Feb ?!?! WTF is going on ? My return was accepted on th 17th ( 10 days ago ) ....this does not make sense.
