The Sicilian

My neighbor has a Jenn-air range, and while I was doing work at her home, I noticed she was trying to light her range and it just kept clicking and not lighting. She is such a sweet and very nice neighbor and I really want to fix this for her, so I asked her if she was having trouble with it, and she said it s the burner she uses most of the time and it hard starts every time she goes to light it. She usually has to use a match to light it after she gives up on it with the electric igniter. So I asked to look at it, thinking it was clogged at the gas outlet for the burner, and that was fine. I can clearly see the spark, but it sparks on the "outside" edge of the igniter so I'm thinking this is the issue, the spark is flashing on the outside edge of it so maybe its just not reaching the gas thats flowing out to ignite it. I know I should be careful, but what if I try to bend that little thing sticking out towards the gas flow, but I dont want to fracture the porcelain surrounding the thing, then I'll have worse problems. Theres nothing worse than going out of your way to help someone, then making the situation even worse.

I had to shorten my statement up there. I didnt know I was going to be able to add more detail. Ive tried links to sites that translate Filipino to english, but the sentences come out as gibberish and broken English at best. the Ilocano language is apparently specific to itself, and cannot be mixed with the more popular Tagalog that these translators must be using. Please help if you can, THX.

I'm not sure when or how it started, but my account WAS hijacked recently. So, anyway, I am trying to block addresses in my mail options, and when I click on SAVE CHANGES a blue box on the right flashes and says "saving...", then "an error occurred" and when I try to get out of the page, a box comes up and asks me if I want to save my changes, I of course hit OK, but I get the same blue box msg on the right, and I am locked in that page until I just quit out of the whole browser? yahoo is impossible to get a hold of, and all my error reports go unanswered.
