so I went to the hospital and they did a urine test for me and the results was I have a high percentage of something in my urine and they said I have drugs in my urine I think they did a drug urine test for me but tomorrow im going to take the reports now im so scared what do they mean by drugs in my urine and am I suffering from something serious since I have a lot of pain under the area of my chest
