Yup. Go and see a gastroenterologist. It is highly likely you have an ulcer. Which is caused by Internal Bleeding, due to the about of Ibuprofen you took and your paracetamol. You will need an upper endoscopy.

Sounds like you damaged your esophagus (common with these kinds of overdoses).
That may heal with time, depending on how badly damaged it is.
Or it could be kidney or liver damage.
