Hi Maria. I won't ask you why 'cause myself did it and it didn't work and yeah but on with the answer.

I think it may be linked to the paracetamol and the ibuprofen you took, however, the most likely side effect would be excrutiating abdominal pain which would lead (if in high doses) lead to liver failure and all of that.

But there is something else that may be causing the pain. You don't mention much about the headache though. Do you experience tenderness, feel the temple like it's swelled up r smt, jaw pain or noticed any changes of vision on the side affected, in this case I suppose your left? You don't need to tell me but ask yourself these questions at least and if you have any of the following PLEASE DO GO TO THE ER ASAP! Because it might be Giant cell arteritis or commonly known as just Temporal Arteritis. I am no doctor to say what you should do and/or take but either way go to your nearer A&E/call an ambulance or make an arrangement/appointment with your doctor. This condition affects the arteries (usually in the temples) and can lead to loss of vision if left untreated (I myself have it and it is excruciately painful) and although it says usually occurs on people over the age of 50+ I am under that age and still have it as many other people as well, so please, even if it is not that, please do go to the hospital as soon as possible or see your doctor if you can.

Best of luck love and remember you are not alone in this. Take care.

P.S.: I forgot to mention I will leave a link to GCA if you want to check that out.

    Kind Regards,

    Camila
