Where can I get Vernon's ginger ale?
This is the best ginger ale, but hard to find locally. I know I can get online, but as we are going on vaca thought we'd do some looking. Going thru northern Alabama, west Ten., Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas into S. Dakota and maybe Montana. Any ideas?
4 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits8 years agopros and cons of stainless steel appliances and convection microwaves?
We're updating the kitchen and I love the look of ss fridges, but have concerns about fingerprints. I've read that there are fingerprint resistant finishes, but that could be manufacturer hype. I'm not a housekeeper so don't want something that shows every little print. No kids, but a spouse who is handle adverse. We have black appliances that show drips, smudges, etc. so... Anyone with recent experiences? Also looking to update the microwave and am thinking of a convection/microwave. There is a considerable price difference so are they worth the extra $$? I really hate heating up the oven for a small something! Advice??
1 AnswerMaintenance & Repairs9 years agoIs it possible that residue from the BP Gulf oil spill is in the Atlantic?
We were on a cruise in the eastern Caribbean this past December and I noticed brown streams in the water. For a long time I thought it was algae, but then realized it looked a lot like what I'd seen on TV of the treated oil. It wasn't very wide, but long and looked like it might be deep. It's been bothering me for a couple of months now. Any ideas? I'd sure hate to think this junk is still out there and no one is worried about it.
1 AnswerEarth Sciences & Geology9 years agoHouse Hunter Watchers--Anyone else astounded?
As a regular viewer of this show, I am continually amazed at the house prices! While I haven't actually looked for a house in almost 20 years and I live in SC, I can't imagine what people are paying for what they get. And the age of the people--20's and 30's with a $400-$500k budget. Is this really what's going on today or are these exceptional people? I'd love to see follow up shows to see how many, if any, are still in the homes or maybe foreclosure. Most of the shows are older--before the housing bust, but still..Please weigh in with your thoughts.

Calling all wine lovers! Some time ago I was privileged to share in a 1980 bottle of this wine. Someone said the bottle was valuable or would be and gave me the empty. Since then, I've moved twice and kept this empty bottle. I'm tired of dusting it! Were they pulling my leg or have my dusting efforts been worth it? Please share your knowledge. Thanks

I saw this auction site advertized on TV and I'm a little suspicious. Please share your experiences--good or bad. Thanks

My 213,000 mile car is making noises up front like it wants lubrication, but the only fittings are on the tie rod ends.
