I used to volunteer at a school and a woman was my "boss". There was another guy who supervised some of the staff at the school. He would have lunch with our gruop and flirt with me a lot and with one of the other girls. We were generally friendly however, and got along well. A year later, he's hired me to work for him. To seem freindly yet professional, i invited him to one of my husbands performances and now all of a sudden he doesnt even say hi---- and worse i havnt recieved a review of how im doing on the job all year!!!.Our working relationship has been extremely strained. I'm getting the impression that he has a crush on me, or maybe I'm disappointed that we seem to no longer be friends and I have feelings for him? Do I ride this out and let things be vague? Or should I try and handle this by asking if I crossed a boundary-- he is so down to earth, I thought maybe we could be friends otside of work but I realize that maybe unprofessional now?

Is there a transition bar thick enough to cover 3 inches? Or should I buy little tiles to fill in the space?

There's dry skin on the tips of his ears and the skin is dark.Someof the hair on his hears and top of his head is coming off too. I'm really worried. His inner ears are clean and I bathe him regularly. Could this be frost bite or a skin condition? We live in LA county, so it doesn't get too cold. After I noticed it I started bringing him in at night. Any help?

I was told the examiner will take you through the mall parking lot. Is it busy at 9:30 in the morning? What do I do if there's a sand storm... like I've seen here on Gene Autry trail? What if a tree is blown over in the road or if there's a tumble weed in the way and I can't change lanes to avoid it?

I have been abused since child hood. I've been to couseling and after I bacame a Christian all the pain drained out of me, I thought I was healed. Then I dated my now husband and we struggled to stay pure, so I felt confident I was healed. But now that we're married it's hard for me to feel comfortable with him. I know that p@rn isn't the answer but do you think a personal video ( that only him and I share) would help me get over these anxious feelings?

deal with abuse I've been through. But my husband feels guilty for watching it with me. I tell him that it helps me not to flip out and have anxiety about the act, but he feels confused about it. The Bible doesn't say anything specific about this.... is it ok, if it has good results? Does anyone know any sites where they have thsi stuff and the men are gentle to the women in the vids?

They are party animals and vulgar and overtly explicit. I was abused as a child, so this bothers me. My Father was an Alcoholic and died from drunk driving. My husbands family always try to get both of us to drink. My husband has trouble understanding why I can't be stronger about this, he feels I eventually have to learn to be comfortable in situations like these. How do I deal with this? Is he right? How can he see my point of view?Do I have to go to these parties?

Also one of my in-laws is covertly abusive to me. How can I show that person I'm tough, is it ok to play their game and ignore them back?What will that accomplish?

I have two sister in-laws and a mother in-law who's been married more than the number of fingers on one hand. My mom is mentally ill and I was adopted b/c of that. I had a lot of healing to get & I've grown so much since the adoption. At any rate, my Mother in law & I had an argument before the wedding. She loves to take issue with me in front of the whole family & involve them in the argument (gang up on me). Well the argument was basically about how she was being too intrusive, calling me whenever my fiance at the time & I had a disagreement. She told me I was as crazy as my mom. I stood up to her & now my sister inlaw totally ignores me, talks over me, aound me to someone else, and gives me hugs where she barely touches me. She recently did something that broke the camels back for me, she basically told me she doesn't love me. What do I do to show these psychos I'm tough and Wont take their crap, but still respects my husband.

I think I have enough experience behind the wheel...I have just a few questions. If anyone has taken the Test in Palm Springs recently, can you tell me if you parallel parked, and if you went on the freeway. If so, which way on the 10 did you go. & did you parallel park on the street or with cones? & is it illegal to fallow someone who's taking the test to know the route before hand? How long does the test last here? Also do I specifically have to be covered on the insurance or is minimum liability ok(?)... that confuses me in the manual. Anything else you wanna say about Palm Springs DMV? Thank you all for your help.
