My 5 week old son cries a lot. But sometimes while he is crying, he'll stop, and his face will turn red, and he won't breathe for a few seconds. I've been told by a few people that it is normal. But I always watch him and blow in his face when he does this if he doesn't breathe after I count to 3. I was told I did it, too when I was a baby. I never had asthma or any health problems as a baby, either. A lot of people have been telling me it is fine and not to worry about it, their kids did it too sometimes. But idk. Should I?

Yeah so I've been told you can do this to help babies sleep better at night and help them gain a little weight. My son is healthy, but petite. I want him to sleep good at night and maybe put on a few pounds. My mom said she did it with me and my little brother and I was thinking I could do it to my son. I've also read about others doing it. Is this ok? He is 5 weeks old and wants to eat every one to two hours, and he only wants to eat 2 ounces at a time! He might eat 3 ounces, if he is wide awake. What would the measurements be for mixing water, formula, and baby cereal or rice? What are your thoughts? This is ok, right? After my mom fed me and my little brother like this, we turned out fine, no problems. Oh, and I only want to do this maybe at bed time and maybe a little though out the night. I don't want my son being over weight. Please help! Thanks.

Yeah so I live in a low income government funded apartment and they told me I could not have a gun in my apartment. Can someone please explain how this is legal? I mean, I thought it was every American's Constitutional right to own a gun for protection in a home, right? So WTF man? Someone please explain!!

I am not a great cook and have little experience. I've never owned a gas oven and the meat I cook is always so dry. Why is this? Oh, and any tips for cooking pork, beef, and chicken in gas stoves are greatly appreciated!

This is my first pregnancy, I'm 20, and I have no idea what to expect. But anyways, I am having slight pains in my stomach. Well, its actually around what feels like my bladder, near my pelvis... get what I'm saying? Its not bad, but this is the second day I've had them and they last on and off for an hour or so. As far as I know the baby is healthy. He moves a lot every day too. Mom says I could be dilating? I am kinda freaking out, advice please!

So for like a year now, sex has been pretty uncomfortable for me. I've had enjoyable sex before... and I'm starting to miss it. I feel like I'm way too tight and it hurts... but once he's done, there is no more pain and its like we never did it... I feel burning occasionally, too. It can't be a UTI, I drink plenty of water and my urine is pale yellow or clear and no painful urination, either. And it can't be a yeast infection, right? I know what they feel like and I've been treated for one already this year and once I took all the meds, it was gone. I don't have abnormal discharge or anything. I also find it hard to get "wet," too, but I figure that is because I know it will hurt and I wont enjoy it, so... I just lay back and grit my teeth. I don't want to deprave my husband... I still do it once a week with him. But I would love to know what is wrong. Its been a year! Please someone help me. I've tried research, and nothing seems to match my symptoms... And these doctors are just like "derp you need lube or to do these vaginal exercises derp." I do both and still nothing, and I already knew that, too! ... please someone help.

So... I was wondering... You know smoking cigarettes could give you cancer, and you know they could kill you. So if you die from cancer after smoking for a long period of time, is that considered suicide to your god? Which in terms means wouldn't you go to hell after dying? Same thing for overdosing on illegal substances. I've seriously been wondering this for my whole life. And this only applies to if you KNEW it could kill you.

I seriously don't know. I've tried researching and I got stuff like we came from Africa and our skin color adapted to climates? I could use a little dumbing down, lol. I understand it, I'd just like a little more detail and answers from a few more sources. And another question: Where there ever white people that were originally from Africa? Like, uh, are there any white people that actually come from Africa? I don't think so... but what do I know?

I have an old Toshiba 2008 home model laptop. I know, its old as hell... but can't afford a new computer. I have to keep restoring it though because I am very unlucky and what you would call computarded. I have bad luck with viruses. In the time I've owned it, which is since it was new, I think I've restored it six or seven times and I can't really afford to buy any virus protection. So, if anyone knows any sites where I can get good, free virus protection, please tell me. Please comment the best you know of, as I'd like to keep my crappy computer going as long as possible until I can buy a new one. Thanks.

So I've had him for a year and I love him to death, but he has always been itchy, even though he's very healthy. Its not fleas, I bathe him and treat him regularly and watch out for fleas. He doesn't have any! He doesn't have irritated or inflamed skin... I know the signs of mites and mange... But he does seem to have dry skin. Is this possible with dogs? Is there anything I can do for him if it is dry skin? I only use dog shampoo and I even use the kind for sensitive skin. What can I do for him I have no idea!

Sometimes when I am just chilling out and laying or sitting down, my right arm starts to jerk. And sometimes even my right leg does the same thing. I feel like I have tourets.... I have no idea what is going on and I really want it to stop. Why does my body do this? What is causing it?
