The last two times at the gym, when I got finished running I went to use the bathroom and discovered a little blood had come out. It only happened after I got done running, but like I said, just the last two times I went. I am not near my period, I just had it less than 2 weeks ago, so I am curious if anyone has any ideas?

3 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoHow far can the average person run/jog?
Hi all! I am just looking for some general info here. I'm wondering how long the average person can run/jog at one time. I am NOT looking to embarrass anyone or anything, I'm just curious! I'm talking about the average, in decent shape, kind of person. However, marathon runners feel free to answer! ;-)
3 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoRestaurant etiquette question!?
I know we all get tired of the same old tipping questions, but I promise this isn't one of them!
Okay, so I was talking with a friend who is a server at the bar and grill I used to work at. She was telling me about this horrible table she had. She explained that she received this table right away when she got on her shift at 5pm, and that the table stayed until close to 8! It really wasn't that they were there for so long that was the issue, it was that they were a very demanding, and slightly rude group of women. She said that after all that time and all she did for these ladies, she received less than a 10% tip for the entire tab. I really couldn't believe this. With hosting experience, I know that table could have been seated at least 3 times in that amount of time, which would have been far more profitable.
8 AnswersEtiquette1 decade ago"Just kidding"?
I've noticed lately that there are certain people who take "kidding" to a whole new level. They say really rude things, and then expect you not to get offended because they later stated, "Just kidding!"...
I think this is getting a bit ridiculous. Should it be acceptable for people to say litarally anything they want to you as long as they slide the "Just kidding!" in there at the last second? You know the kinds of the people I'm talking about! They say really mean things and totally don't appear to be joking and then after an awkward pause they say, "Just kidding, geeze nobody understands my humor!". I think people use the "Just kidding" as an excuse to say whatever thing comes to mind and get away with it. To me, a nasty comment is a nasty comment that can't always be masked with a "JUST KIDDING!!!"
I am not an uptight biotch. I can give and take a good joke and I'm guilty of pulling the JK on people. But, isn't there a line?
10 AnswersEtiquette1 decade agoHow far would you go?
Okay, I listed a pair of brand new silver jeans on Craigslist. I listed the area where I live and also the minimum price I would take for them. They are $85 jeans and I am only asking for $45, I think that's a pretty decent deal for brand new silver jeans.
Anyways, I've gotten an email already from someone interested, which is great. However, they wanted me to lower the price AND meet them across town, about 45 minutes from where I work and live. I emailed her back to let her know that if she wanted me to go out of my way to get them to her, I am asking for $45, and that unless she comes to me, I won't lower the price. I didn't want to sound rude, but with today's gas prices, I thought her offer was too much to ask for. I suggested meeting in a central location, so that it was fair for both of us. She liked the idea but then suggested a place that was 10 minutes from her and 30 minutes from me....this is NOT a central location. I really don't want to drive an hour, what should I do?
28 AnswersEtiquette1 decade agoDivorce Laws! Seriously need advice!?
Okay, I am in a very sticky situation and need advice. My parents are getting divorced. I work for my dad's company and am heavily involved in managing the finances, taxes, etc. I recently caught my mother taking paperwork from my home office pertaining to the business that she plans to discuss with her brother (he's a lawyer). She took articles of incorporation, some profit and loss statements, and some other paperwork pertaining to business affairs. None of these things are a secret, but she definitely has negative motives for taking these papers. I do not think it's right for her to steal business paperwork to use against my dad without his knowledge. My mother isn't the brightest crayon and left her folder full of stolen paperwork on her kitchen counter, from where I retrieved the folder and currently have in my possession. She's lied to me several times about her intentions and I am caught in the middle here. Should I allow her to take the papers?
9 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoWould it be weird for a girl to go out by themselves?
Okay, here's the deal. While I have plenty of friends to go out with, I have different tastes in music than a lot of my friends who like going out. There are some cool drum and bass and techno DJs that come to town who I want to go see, but since most of my friends don't like that kind of music, they don't want to go.
There is one coming up this Friday and I'm getting tired of missing these DJs just because I don't want to go alone. A few friends might be coming, but even if they decide not to, I want to go anyways!
Would this be weird of me to go out by myself to see the DJ I like? I'm a completely secure person and have no issue doing things on my own, but I'm just curious about what other people think..Guys do this all the time, but do the same rules apply for girls?
Serious answers only and don't diss me for my taste or you're lame!
2 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoIs this appropriate of a middle aged man?
I work as a host once a week at local restaurant. I also work as an office manager full time, so being a host is just for fun. The last time I worked, we were on a very short wait, about 15 minutes. These 3 guys who were waiting were being very rude. They kept making fun of me and the other hosts by mocking me when I opened the door for people and mimicked our voices in a "valley girl" tone, which is nothing like how I speak. One guy was walking through the restaurant looking for a table as if I didn't know how to do my job. I was especially offended by this because these were adults. They weren't disrespectful teenagers, these guys should have known better. I shouldn't let it get to me, but I was baffled at how rude these men were and the fact that they assumed that because I'm a host, I'm also an idiot. We didn't make them wait very long, it was under the quoted time, so I felt their disrespect was completely unwarranted.

My boyfriend is coming into town on Saturday afternoon and I need some ideas on things to do while he's here!
We will definitely do our normal things we like, but I'm looking for some new things to do while he's here for 10 days. Neither of us are very picky and we have fun together no matter what we're doing....I just can't think of things to do!

1 AnswerSingles & Dating1 decade agoMinor Collision question!!!?
I was in a minor accident earlier today. I was in a parking lot and there was an open spot across from me. So I pulled forward to the open spot, stopped the see if anyone was coming, and then started to pull out of the spot. Soon after I'm slowly pulling out, this red Jeep comes flying down the lane. I am not exaggerating, this girl was going really fast. I had enough time to stop completely, but she didn't and she hit me after I had already stopped. Because I was going as slow as I was, I had more than enough time to stop and avoid the collision, but she did not because of her speed, and hit me. My SUV is fine. I drive a big beast Ford Expedition and had a couple scratches. Everything was alright on my end. She had some slight damage to the hood of her car, but everything still worked. She said she wasn't upset because she just had a worse accident recently.
I've heard that when you're pulling out of a spot, it's your fault. But, could it be hers because of her speed?

2 AnswersEconomics1 decade agoProperly indenting new ideas within a paragraph?
I am writing a paragraph for an assignment in my college English class and the teacher wants us to indent our new examples within the paragraph. I know how to indent in Word, but for some reason, the first draft I did, she said I had indented as if it were a paper. How can you indent at the start of a new idea without it looking like a new paragraph? DUMB question I know, but I simply don't understand.
1 AnswerHomework Help1 decade agoIs it okay to have a close guy friend while in a relationship?
I have this guy friend who I have known for over two years now. We have been there for each other through our dating and relationships and all that, and have remained good friends. However, my current boyfriend who I have been with for 11 months now, has never liked or trust him. He seems to think my guy friend likes me, which is a vibe I honestly never truly got. We're completely just friends and I am NOT one of those girls that wants to make her bf jealous or have guy friends just to bug him. He is genuinely my friend.
So, my bf doesn't like him and out of respect for him, I have stopped hanging out with my friend. I really love this guy and thought it was best to compromise and respect his wishes, as I can see where he's coming from.
On the other hand, I wanted to introduce my guy friend to one of my girlfriends during a group outing this weekend while my bf is out of town (coincidentally), and he flipped at the idea. Despite it being a GROUP, he says it makes no difference. HELP
14 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoClosing an unused credit card?
I had a credit card I recently opened and never used. The account was only open for a month or two before I decided I did not want to keep the account. The fees associated with this particular bank were high, in comparison to my other cards and there were no added benefits. I didn't feel that the terms of this account would benefit me and my life in any way so I closed the account.
Is this going to negatively effect my credit score since the card was never used?

5 AnswersSmall Business1 decade agoCan online businesses work?
Okay,
I have been doing some searching online for legitimate online business opportunities and have found some good sounding programs. I feel that the ones that are the most upfront with the details are the ones that can be trusted over sites with evasive information. I came across a blog where someone was ranting about a program I was interested in, and their complaint was that they had to pay a fee to receive the online business information. Their point was that you shouldn't have to pay anything to work with a company but I think that is illogical thinking. Am I wrong to believe that you should have to pay a legitimate company for their expertise?
Help before I get involved!
