what is a good apocalyptic movie that i can use for my research paper in sociology that depicts a theory like conflict theory, functionalism or social stratification.

can someone tell me the outline for a sociology research paper, my brillant professor doesn't mentioned what is needed to be in a research paper just that you need to write one. i know that there is an introduction, literature review, method and discussion. but i don't know what needs to be included in the reserach paper for all the section. for example am i suppose to describe my participants for the method section. can someone give me an outline, i searched the web but still amn confuse about it. thanks

i brought a book from a seller, and it still hasn't arrived. i got a estimated deliver date. yet the book still hasn't arrived on those date. i contact the seller for a tracking number and it took a long time for her to response yet she claimed that she doesnt have the tracking number with her and she will go and look for the tracking number. she hasn't give me the tracking number. can i ask her for a refund if the book never arrives, with no tracking # or if the book did arrive, can i get a partial refund. it takes her too long to answer me back since i paid a lot for the book i need.

i brought a book from a seller ( i read the rating, the details of the book,basically everything before buying and i alway double check). the book that i received is a instructor edition which the seller did not mention at all. i am pissed because i wanted the student edition so that i can resell it back. but now with the instructor i cant do anything about it. the book even has a label that said it is against the law to resale it. help what should i do since i need this book and school is starting for me but i shouldnt have to pay so much money for a instructor book. this was the seller fault. he cover words that has instructor labeling with white tape so that i wouldnt notice it. but i did. it doesn't take a genius to figure that out. can i ask for a partially refund.

i have a friend who was arrested and the lawyer that was appointed to her is not his job properly.(my opinion). my friend is a permanent resident. when she and a relative of her went to the lawyer office, he brought an immigration agency. i believe he brought the person after the relative curse at him on the phone for doing a poor job. he probbably brought the agency as a payback. then he ask her submit of proof of the job she works, now he is asking her to submit her permanaent resident card to him. is this suppose to part of the process. this is her first arrest and the da is making a big deal out of it. my friend knows alot of people who were arrested and they were only giving community service and fine. nothing like this .is the lawyer doing something wrong.
