I want to start counting my calories, for example if I make something home made or I just had a fat free fig, how do I now how many calories or how to count them. I made low fat brownies last night and instead of using oil I used apple sauce and I only used the egg white. So if I eat a piece of that how do I calculate?

I recently purchased a Smith & Wesson 637 Air weight and now they are selling them with pink grips. Where can I find a set of the pink rubber grips? I do not want the laser grips just the plain rubber grips. I searched everywhere

I'm 31yrs old and have been on birth control for the most part of my adult life. My boyfriend is having a vasectomy so I can get off birth control but I have no desire for sex and it's causing us to fight allot about it. We've been together for 4yrs and I love the sex with him and he satisfies me but I have no desire to do it or initiate it. Ok, my question is to anyone who has or had internet through satellite. I'm starting school this summer and I'm doing some online classes, I do not want dial up internet service and where I live does not offer high speed internet yet. I can get satellie internet through WildBlue, Hughes Net, or through directv. I just wanted to know if anyone has any of them and how the service is, it all seem very expensive.

I had a girls night out this weekend, I really didn't think I drank that much but the next morning I had the worst hangover of my life. I drank allot of water before I went to bed and took an aspirin but the next morning I threw up until 3pm the next day, I didn't have one bit of a headache just nausea. Ok, I'm 30 years old and trying to go back to school.. I have a high school diploma and that is it as far as my education. I'm going for Xray tech, how long will I have to go to get a degree that will get me working in that field. How overwhelming is it going to be for me being out of school for 13yrs.. I got a cold sore in my eye in the beginning of December and my eye doc told me to use water based make up so who makes water based eye liner and mascara?

Ok so I've been getting cold sores since I've been a child, about 2 months ago I started wearing contacts. Last week I got a cold sore so obviously I put some treatment on my lip then touched my eye or my contacts, probably at bedtime. Anyways I guess I spread the cold sore to my eye. I just came from the eye doctor and that is what he said and I have an ulcer on my eye..Has this ever happened to anyone and how long did it take to clear up? It's very red and painful right now.

I think this election is going to be more about race then what is good for our country. Which is very sad, how many agree with this or am I just crazy. I think most colored people will vote for Obama and whites for McCain.

My sister in law has Puppp and she's only 34 wks preg. She still has 2 more months to go. She's miserable and making everyone around her miserable. Has anyone had it or have any experiences with it? She said she can't be induced until 37wks. Any suggestions is greatly appericated!!

My cat is a female almost a year old and she is fixed. We have half of our basment carpeted and she was peeing in one spot there so we pulled the carpet there and now she is peeing in one spot in the living room. It is starting to smell, that's how I found out where she was peeing cause her litter box is never wet. How can I get rid of the smell and most of all how can I make her stop, my fiance said we have to get rid or her or put her outside. I don't want to do either, other than that she is a great cat. Her litter pan is in a private place for her and her food is not around the pan. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm looking for anyone who has had breast implants (TUBA) through the belly button. I'm 30yrs old and thinking about getting them but I have a few concerns. My nipples now are so sensitive that I can't even go to bed without a bra on, it drives me crazy, not to mention it drives my fiance crazy cause I seldom let him touch them. Lol... My question is would this take some of the feeling and sensitivity away? How long is the recovery time and how bad is the recovery pain. I've been told that going through the belly button is less painful.

I usually listen to Star 100.7 in the mornings, JR, Kate and Bubba. Well I didn't listen for a few days and the next time I listened Bubba wasn't on there. I looked on their website and now it just says JR and Kate morning show..So my question is Where is Bubba?????What happened?????

I just got top and bottom braces plus expanders yesterday and I am 29yrs old. Is it ok to have this all on at the same time? I had overbite so now this expander only lets me close my mouth one way cause I have brackets on the bottom also so when I close my mouth it brings out my lower jaw. My back teeth does not touch at all so therefore I can't chew anything at all.. What can I eat and how long will it be like this? I had trouble eating noodle soup last night, I have trouble swallowing.

I have to get an expander along with the braces. I'm older and worried how this is gonna affect my speech along with other things. Please tell me your personal experiences. Is it painful?
