Hello-- Our company is in the process of trying to obtain a $30K contract for small electronics. We are updating our SAM profile, and trying to figure out if our end product is foreign or domestic.

The base unit comes assembled from China, but when it gets to the US we do some finishing touches such as branding the units. Since it doesn't come to us completely ready to sell, does it qualify as a domestic product?

We are getting ready to remodel an enclosed insulated home office inside of our garage. It is not climate controlled with the rest of the house. We have decided to go with baseboard heat, but need a solution for air conditioning. Up until now we have been using one of those portable AC units on wheels that you have to drain the water out of every so often. Looking for something different, because the portable thing isn't working well with Indiana humidity. Thinking of installing a small window unit in one wall, but it would vent into our garage which already gets pretty warm in the summer. Need ideas, please.

I recently began designing very small and simple websites for small businesses in my area. I've used WordPress for a couple of them, and one with Homestead. What I want to know is if there are any programs/websites that will allow me to manage all of the sites from one place, and possibly the ability to upsell additional services. What's important here is that I don't do coding---I work on what you see is what you get platforms. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I recently sold a month of social networking services to a customer. Immediately after I completed the work, he initiated a chargeback with his credit card company (citing that his card was used without his permission) and his payment to me was removed from my account. Just a day ago, PayPal emailed to say that they sided with me and will be disputing with the man's credit card company on my behalf.

Has anyone been in this situation? If so, what are your experiences? Do I have a good chance of winning since PayPal is on my side?

I had a customer purchase a business marketing package from my website for me to provide his project with 1 month of social networking services. I completed the project as agreed only to find that the very day after I completed a month of work, the man filed a PayPal claim citing that his account was used against his will, thereby placing a $399 hold against funds in my PayPal account.

It is my understanding since the "goods" sold are virtual in nature, rather than tangible, that I am protected as a seller. Does anyone know if this is right?

Also, after reviewing the transaction in my PayPal account, I noticed that he is not a registered PayPal user, so must have just used a card on the PayPal invoice, rather than logging in to PayPal. You don't have to be registered with PayPal to process a payment.

I have responded to the claim via PayPal and uploaded all of the evidence I have from our correspondence and the work completed.

Anyone been through anything similar? How did it turn out? Any advice?

We just used our PayPal Master Card (Debit card) to pay for a log cabin rental that turned out to be significantly different than described. How can I do a charge back on this transaction? The rental company doesn't operate through PayPal. I just used the PayPal debit card like a credit card to reserve the cabin.

I was diagnosed with PTSD after my mom's suicide 3 years ago. For the last few months, I've had trouble with flat affect. I feel physically unable to laugh, or even respond normally to conversation. It's like I'm permanently zoned out. Is there medication for this? Or am I on too much medication?

Currently taking Prozac 25 mg, Wellbutrin 300 mg, Trazadone 50 mg at night.

I'm scheduled for surgery for torn cartilage in my right knee next week. I have a few questions. The doctor scheduled surgery as a 1st option after seeing my MRI. Are there other options, such as taking it easy for a few weeks, using a brace, etc. to help the cartilage heal and avoid surgery, In addition, it's going to be done under general anesthesia.
