Where does she belong, in your opinion (the activities are not limited to the two shown).
This is not meant as a boxing match. Merely...an experiment. *mad scientist laugh*

Insanely stupid?
Harmful to the health?
What does that piece of paper prove to you?

"What are you going to do with THAT?"
And THAT has been plaguing me since I started my BA. Do you think it's stupid?
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoI say Ivy League universities are a waste of time, prove me wrong?
I only state this for undergraduates, who often apply for bragging rights. Don't get me wrong, I would love to have THAT on my resume. Man, my local newspaper would have snapped my *** up as soon as they saw I had earned a BA in Brown (they are shallow that way). But I wanted to go the route of the "humble," so called earning a BA in a UC or CSU (the latter not being a prime rib for me).
But Brown looks only beautiful to me because of it's history, which deep down, is a passion of mine. One I clump together with English and hope to go far with, before and after I get hitched.
What do you think?

1 AnswerHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoI Am 18 & Not In School Jest Yet: Am I Retarted?
Ha-ha, got you.
But my problem is serious, and it worries me. I graduated last year, of course, and have attended the local college (I refuse to say 'community,' the students are very smart!) since I was 15 and have earned my G.E. credits I needed to transfer to a UC or CSU. But since I started working at Pier 1, I have been very distracted and worrying about keeping my job when the season is over. I missed both Berkeley's deadlines, UCLA and San Diegos. Riverside looks good, but I would have perfered UCLA. And when I sign up next time around, I'll be attending a university for my bachelors when I am 20.
I feel it was VERY stupid of me to have forgotten how fast time flies. But would it be a waste of time and money to sign up next fall, pull out some loans and use my scholarships? Or should I just find someone and settle down?
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoCreative Writers: Why do you write?
Ever thought, "Wait a minute, why am I doing this again?" about anything in your life? Writing isn't any different, and some people don't know why they do. Do you?

2 AnswersBooks & Authors1 decade agoInside Thigh Flab: Any hints on how to rid myself of it?
Ok, here is the deal. The inside of my thighs have ALWAYS been flabby, but I hate to run. I walk three miles everyday, cycle, swim and climb. I do anything I can think of except run, I feel awkward and elephantine when I do so. And I measure my mass on the insides and it's two or three inches. What should I do?

You know, the positive praise you see on the backs of books and inside them? Those sentances were written by critics...
4 AnswersBooks & Authors1 decade agoWhat is your take on Christian Literature?
I am rather confused about what I should tell my Christian friend what I think about reading. She tells me it is bad to read almost anything BUT Christ-based fiction, for teens or adults. And I, of course, disagree heartily. Any suggestions??

4 AnswersSociology1 decade agoHow would you imagine your soul's appearance? Does it have one?
Just wanted to see what others thought on this...I have always portrayed mine in my mind as some sort of a light, flickering and such. I have never thought it to be colored though....what about you? How does your brain portray your soul?

I heard somewhere on here about turtles breathing out of their butts and I was wondering...if we had no way of taking in air the "usual" way, how else could we? Strangest wins!
