I'm an engineer and physicist living in the USA. I'm temporarily out of work after having taken "early retirement" from a Fortune 500 company where I was employed for 30 years and where I was one of the electrostatics experts. I'm looking for a new career, but have not found the right one yet. I love challenging problems and enjoy sophisticated and complicated technology. Although I only have a couple bachelor's degrees, I've been able to hold my own with people who have PhDs. I'm hunting for a new company in which to finish my career, but it has to have challenging technical problems and has to be progressive, dynamic and growing.
Why do you ask questions in R&S?
I thought I'd give each of you a chance to sell your ideas or let us know why you answer questions here. I'm interested to see how many of you have serious reasons and how many are just here to fool around.

OK. We just heard from Lilmissykato that Roman Catholics don't worship Mary or the saints, they just the saints and Mary to pray for them. So, would anyone like to show what scriptures are used to support the idea that people who have died can pray for you and specifically that Mary can pray for you?

worship the Devil, but don't think of other religions, like Hinduism, that way. So maybe we should ask how many of you really think that Pagans are evil or devil worshipers? Please do not be insulting or mean. But I would like to know if Christians here respect Pagans or not. I respect them, though I do not agree with their beliefs. Do you respect them?
