She's been licking a spot on her chest repeatedly like there's a wound, but there is nothing there. She has practically licked it so much that there isn't any hair left in that area, about the size of a silver dollar. It just started happening overnight. We're taking her to the vet this morning, but wondering if anyone has experienced this with their dogs before? We gave her an oatmeal bath to help relieve itching, and can't think of anything that she might have gotten into that would do this since she's an inside dog. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

We recently moved into a house, and the former owners painted the cement patio in the back. A lot of the paint has worn away, it's probably been 6 or so years since it was first done. Any idea on how to take the paint off of such a large space? We'd really like to be able to do the job ourselves. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I have a yellow lab who sheds SO much, no matter how often I vacuum our house is full of white hair. She even sheds while sitting completely still. I've heard that the Dyson animal vacuum is good, but does anyone have any experience with this one? Or better yet, does anyone know of a really good one that is not terribly expensive?

So, when the first breast is empty, does it hurt? Should I be looking for something? I would think that he would pull away but he never does! He'll just suck until it hurts really badly then I'll switch breasts, but I don't want to take him off too soon, I want him to get enough of the hindmilk.

How do you know?

Also, what position works best for you? I'm curious to see what the most popular "hold" is.
