There's nothing wrong with the family, but it is so hard communicating with the kids. They speak no english and I speak no italian. Whenever I'm left alone with them, I get soooo anxious. The kids fight constantly and it's so hard disciplining them because they do not understand me. Also, the main reason I decided to be an au pair was to travel, but I feel like I work so much and don't have enough time to explore the city. They have agreed to 40 hours per week and only Sundays off. I guess the biggest mistake I have made coming into this was not being clear about my schedule with the kids. And also, since I've been here, I haven't left the house, other than a trip to the grocery store. I'm not used to being trapped in one place for too long. So far I feel very lonely here and am not enjoying myself. I know I just got here and it might be too early for me to feel this way, so Im going to give it time. We've agreed to 3 months, but if I'm still not enjoying myself in a few weeks, then I definitely want to leave by the end of this month. Please someone tell me if this is okay? I feel awful cutting this job short and disappointing my family especially since they have been so great to me, but so far im having a hard time handling living here.

Did you gain/lose weight? Did it clear your acne? Did your mood change? Any other noticeable changes?

I'm a junior at a university, and ever since i've been in school, studying has always been a problem for me. I just have a hard time dealing with lecture classes and taking multiple choice exams. I prefer taking more discussion and written based classes because I find it far more interesting and am able to focus better in these kinds of classes, however I don't always know how the structure of the class will turn out. I hate reading through a textbook just to memorize everything, I find it really pointless and boring, which makes it hard for me to focus and actually get the studying done. Since being in college (a little over 2 years), I've managed to fail 4 classes. D: I know this is not okay. And I try not to stress over it too much because I know i'm doing this to myself. I take full responsibility but I know something must change. I'm a very responsible and mature person, i'm not lazy at all, and I take really great care of myself. I've got great friends, a great boyfriend, and a job outside of school. And I currently love the town im living in. So pretty much everything else in my life is going well except for school. I just don't know why I do this to myself. Any advice on what I can do to change this? I really don't want to drop out, but that might be my only option because im currently wasting money on school, which makes me feel really guilty.

hes a few years older than me and more experienced and i kind of like him but probably only wanna stay friends and were gonna be in a group and everyone will be smoking weed, and i've never done it before and i know you cough a lot the first time and i just dont wanna embarrass myself. should i do it? and what should i except?

I would like to know who has used this drug for their menstrual cramps and how it worked/helped?

Im 18 and i've been dealing with the most terrible menstrual cramps for the last few years. I have tried everything. All the home remedies you could ever think of, tylenol, ibuprofen, sulindac, etc..and nothing works. I'm always in dying pain for the first day of my period. My doctor prescribed ponstel and im excited to try it, hoping it will work, but then again, i've tried everything :// who knows how much different this drug will work. I start college this fall and am hoping I wont be dealing with these cramps anymore. If ponstel doesn't work, I guess I will have to give birth control a try, which is what i have been avoiding. Anyways, I would love to hear how Ponstel worked for you and if it helped relieve the pain.

So I got a hold of the drug Naproxen 500mg from a friend, I need to use it to control my menstrual cramps which are just TERRIBLE!! I've been to the doctor's before, they prescribe medications to me that just don't seem to work, and i don't wanna go on birth control. Anyways, I don't know much about this drug, so before I start taking it, I would love to hear anyone's advice (preferably people with experience with this drug) about taking, how to take it (with food or not), and how it has helped them. And can I take tylenol with this drug? And what is Naproxen in the first place, mostly a pain reliever?

And yes, I have contacted my doctor about this, and still waiting for her response, I would just like to know as much as possible about this! And I will continue to do my own research, again I would just like your advice, especially people with experience with this drug.

So i think i might have a stomach ulcer, but im not positive. i have been taking sulindac for the last 4 or 5 months (I have been taking like up to 6 pills a month) and when the doctor first prescribed this medication to me, she warned me about how sulindac may cause ulcers or holes in the stomach. And I have gotten 2 stomach aches (1 a couple days ago and 1 about a month ago) that were absolutely horrendous and lasted for hours, and they were both after eating a really big meal. Im scared i might have an ulcer. I made a doctor's appointment, but the first opening they have is a month and a half from now. Does anyone know what kind of new damage will be made if i wait that long before i see a doctor. I'm really scared. Anything helps. Thanks guys!

Is that like if I took an AP class and PASSED the AP test, i have earned a college credit that i can transfer to colleges? or do college creditss count if i automaticlly tok an AP class without passing the AP test? I'm confued what to say on my college app.

So I'm starting my college applications, and i've already applied to a couple of schools, but when i was looking over my transcript the other day, i realized that i got a D in spanish my sophomore year of high school, 2nd semester. I totally forgot that i had gotten this D, otherwise i would have re-taken that semester to get a higher grade, but now it's too late:( so i was wondering if this will lower my chances of getting into college?? all of a sudden i got really nervous about this. I mean it was spanish 3, and the schools im applying to only require 2 years of spanish, also the colleges im applying to aren't really that competitive, but now i feel really nervous and scared ah. i'll defiantly e-mail them and talk to my counselor about all this, but i was wondering if you guys had any advice for me, or if u know anything about this kind of situation, anything helps, thanks

My friend was prescribed clenia foaming wash from her doctor to treat her acne, and she gave me a bottle to try for myself, im wondering if i should still use it or not. She told me her brothers use it as well and on the back of the bottle, it doesn't say anything about any major warnings. If anyone knows a lot about this face wash, i'd love to hear about it and if you could tell me any side affects it comes with (if any) that would be great!

I got a job interview at a fast food shop tomorrow and I'm really scared, what kind of questions will they be asking me? I just really want to be prepared. I want to make sure I get the job, I have been looking for a job for sooooo long, I've applied to at least 30 places and this is the first call back I got (i'm only 17 btw). I've only had one other job interview before and it was really quick, and i'm guessing the only reason i got the job was cause they were desperate (they hired pretty much anyone).
