I took a pregnancy test this morning. And I didnt see a - or a + what I saw was l It was an off brand at walmart (equate) test. Has this happen to anyone else? If so did you turn out to be pregnant?

my son is 4 and a half months now i started him on rice cereal 2 weeks ago but the first feeding instructions didn't fill him at all. my ped said i need to give him 3 tbsp of rice cereal but he didn't tell me the amount of liquid to use. well i know this is a stupid question but im not sure how to mix it really he doesn't want to eat it when its runny but when its thick he will eat it. its strange. i don't want to be pushing him to fast.
