My BF has a yellow lab and he lets him sleep in the bed. I have never had a large dog sleep in the bed with me and I don't mind too much but it's hard to ummm, get intimate with his dog in the room. What should I do

I have a friend that does nails. She is very good and just moved to a new lux spa in our city. I have someone else I've been going to for a while and I like her. The new place charges $57 (basic) for a mani/pedi and I'm used to paying only $50 and that includes all the extras, plus polish. How should I tell my friend that I don't want to pay so much even though she needs the business since she's new at this spa?

I've tried every cleanser that I can think of but I still have acne on my chest and a little on my back. It's not horribly bad but I still get very embarrased about it.
