If a similar sized asteroid had made impact in a city in an area like Manhattan what scale of damage. Please explain the level of destruction possible and potential lives lost?

Recently my family and I went on a cruise which originated in Australia and went through to some pacific islands. We had a waitress who was filipina who was lovely, her husband also worked on the ship in the laundry.

Under the new laws of succession which will take place on the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's children a number of questions arise. Will a female heir automatically inherit the Duchy's of Cornwall and Rothesay? Will she be created "Princess of Wales." ? Also in this new air of equality will the UK follow the Swedes by allowing the husband to be a Prince and hold the Male equivalent to all her titles?
