They have them at my local best buys and targets. They are always full of phones, tablets, Hard drives and thumb drives. I read online that dumpster diving in my area is legal. Does this count as dumpster diving?

I've been working with lots of Pottasium Nitrate lately, all of a sudden I feel weird. (Look at last post for details) is there a way to tell if I'm sick from exposure to Pottasium Nitrate?
