  • Evolutionist, what do you find to be the most challenging fact that contradicts the theory of evolution?

    Be honest

…and don’t say there aren’t any. Anyone who has truly studied evolution, hasn’t just taken their HS science teacher’s word for it. You’ve actually studied the subject and know that not all sciences (different fields of science) agree on how or if it took place. Those that agree it took place, don’t all agree on how it took place or if it’s still taking place or not. So don’t try to sell me on the fallacy that all evolutionary scientist accept all the facts pertaining to evolution (for and against) and have come to the same conclusions, because that’s not real science—that’s high school science.

I’m not going to go into all gaps in the theory, because I want to get honest answers and not someone just picking and choosing.

I will tell you my biggest hurdle, though: the fact that no proof whatsoever has ever been presented, suggesting that one species ever changed and became another species. For some, the fact that there are many different species, is proof enough, but not for me. It seems to me (not my original idea) that if this type of evolution (changing so much, that a new species is begun) has happened countless times (for all the species known from the Cambrian rocks) in the past, each evolution (into another species) would have taken approximately 1800 years to complete. Unless of coarse you are one that believes evolution happened in the past, but isn’t happening anymore (lots of those guys, too), we would have observed at least some stages of it in at least some of the known species.

What’s your hurdle to evolution? Whether you believe in evolution or not—just curious?

  • do you think the rider of the white horse is in the white house right now?

"...proclaiming peace, but there will be none." I know a lot of you won't understand this question, but I'd like some thoughts from those who do.
