The difficulty was on legendary and I made several attempts to pick it up but I never got the achievement. I beat the game on normal but not yet legendary so that might be the problem. There is an achievement for the Famine skull so it isn't a silver skull.

Hi, recently my son was away at winter camp. While there, he got his phone temporarily stolen by one of the kids there. Apparently they made a few prank calls using the phone and one of them was to 1800mattress. Since then, one representative from 1800mattress keeps calling my son with very, very harassing phone calls. He even left 3 offensive messages, one involving my wife "my son's mom." I've contacted my phone service provider and according to them, my only two options are: To change my number, or to record all of the calls and file a court order. I do not want to do any of this and so far 1800 mattress did not respond to the email i sent them. Is there anything else I can do?
