My dog has started having these mini-seizures or strokes where he gets real still and shakes with his tail curled up under tight. He's also started staring at the ceiling as though there was something scary up there. He's started hiding under the bed, desks, chairs, wherever he can be covered up. I've already taken him to the vet who said he didn't have any signs of neurological disorders and his tests all came back negative. He is a Jack Russell terrier who is about 7 years old. He gets plenty of exercise and this has only been happening for a couple of weeks. Any ideas?

Had my credit card number taken and a bunch of charges made to X-Box Live, I-Tunes, etc. Is there anyway for me to track down who did it or do I have to rely on the credit card people to conduct their investigation?

I adopted Bixby about four years ago and have tried everything. He hates (yes I do mean hate) children and most women. He snaps at other dogs and it takes an incredibly long time to teach him even basic commands. He whines constantly. My situation monetarily does not give me the ability to afford a professional trainer. Any ideas about what his problem is, I've tried every training technique I know, the only thing left is calling the Dog Whisperer! Any help would be appreciated.

What makes some kinds of horseradish hotter than others? Is it the species, the age, the process? There are some jars of horseradish that will blow your head off and then others which are so mild you barely get a sense of them. Just wondering how they make the different strengths when the ingredients are the same.

Seriously...that's what they call it. When I told my college roommate that a "toboggan" is a runner-less sled she said that Webster (like the dictionary guy) was wrong. I could accept that they call soda --> pop and shopping carts --> buggies, but seriously...toboggan?! Someone explain this to me.

I like fake trees because you only buy one and there is no clean-up and the ornaments always fit perfectly. My boyfriend likes real trees because of the smell or ambiance or whatever. Should we just get two trees? There may not be room for that. What do you think?
