I'm a Hindu by birth. From what I have been taught by my religion simply states that one should do have good karma and should not have the hopes of getting a fruit out of those good deeds. Also, I know that ( accd to my religion ) that people with good deeds will get heaven and those with bad deeds will either get hell or will be trapped in the circle of life and death.

Now, some days back I was told by my friend that if I'm not a Muslim I shall be treated as a disbeliever and shall be given eternal hell. My friend also told me that all the other religions are not true and the only true religion is Islam and not following it will give me eternal hell. Also, he told that even if I do good deeds all my life but follow some other religion other than Islam I shall still be treated as a disbeliever.

It is not that I hate Islam or something or I don't believe in Allah. It is just that I was a Hindu by birth. If the people not following Islam will get hell then why do other religions like Christianity, bhuddhism , Catholics etc even exist ?

So, in all my question is that if I don't follow Islam from now , I will rot in eternal hell ? Just because I'm not Muslim will give me Hell? Even my good deeds won't count ?

Please help me. This thing really is bothering me.

1) Inspiron 15 7000 series - Core i5 4200U + 6GB RAM + 500 GB HDD + NVIDIA GEFORCE 750M 2GB GDDR5 + 1336*768 TRUELIFE HD

2) Inspiron 15R - Core i7 4500U + 8GB RAM + 1TB HDD + AMD RADEON HD 8850M 2GB GDDR5 + 1336*768 TRUELIFE HD

My areas of interest will be light gaming( Med settings ) , web surfing, MS Office etc.

I'm basically confused because of the GPU. If 750m is much more powerful than 8850m I can choose 7000 series but if both are same then I'll go with the Inspiron 15R.

Regarding the i7 4500U will it bring down the performance in games with AMD's 8850m ?

I have looked upon laptops and shortlisted two of them.

1) Core i7 4500U + AMD Radeon HD 8850m + 8 GB RAM + 1 TB 5400 HDD + Windows 8

2) Core i7 4700MQ + nVidia GeForce 740m + 8 GB RAM + 1 TB 5400 HDD + Windows 8

I will be gaming frequently.

I usually play under medium settings with 1336*768 resolution and AA off.

So, please tell me which one should I choose as One of them has got a bad CPU but good GPU while the second one has somewhat less powerful GPU and fast CPU.

I'm a casual gamer. I want my laptop to play recent games with medium settings + AA off + 1336•768 resolution.

I was looking for a dell laptop. It has Intel core i7 4500u CPU which is dual core + amd radeon 8850m which is a really good card I believe. I want to ask that if 4500u bottleneck the gpu or not? Is it a bad CPU ?

Please tell me how to know if the motherboard supports 4th gen Intel core i7 or not .

I mean what specs should a motherboard have to support it ?

Another has got i7 3632qm quad core processor and amd 7670m.

My dad insists me on buying a laptop but I have different views...

I feel that investing in computers is not good enough!

It is because whatever laptop I buy today ...no matter how high end it is....it will eventually after some time get old as new CPUs/GPUs will overpower it in no time.

This has happened with me a lot of times... I bought a quad core laptop and then after sometime the intels i series came out....then when we bought an lcd tv ....led tvs cameout ...

Please give me reasons if my thinking is wrong..

PS : I love reading about latest laptops/computers/processors and then I feel like buying that latest thing...but sometime later I feel like investing in computers is crap!

FedEx shows around $100 charge for shipping.

When the laptop arrives in INDIA , do I need to pay any custom duties ?

Which of them will be faster ?

I want to buy a laptop.

First one has Intel Core i7 3632QM which is QUAD CORE and has 1 TB HDD 5400RPM , AMD Radeon HD 7670M

Second one has Intel Core i7 3537U which is DUAL CORE and has 750 GB SSHD + 32 GB SDD , Nvidia 735M

Both have 8 gigs of RAM.

My area of use will be casual stuff like light gaming, web browsing, programming, light video editing etc.

Please tell me which one of them will be faster ? boot time and application load time ?

And is DUAL CORE i7 way too slow than QUAD CORE i7 ?
