Hi there.

I was given my first MIP citation at the beginning of June and I have my court date set in September. I am planning on pleading guilty- I know the consequences and I know that I made a mistake. I understand the fines/classes total will be likely around 500$ so I'm ready to pay that.

Could someone explain to me what I have to do/say in court? As mentioned, I will be pleading guilty and I've been told the fine is 416$ and the alcohol class I will be offered (to keep my license) will be around 150$. Any tips? I'd really appreciate it. Definitely learned my lesson...

BTW, I wasn't breathalyzed or anything. I was stupid and I was holding my friend's bottle of alcohol/soda. Also, I will not be hiring an attorney since I don't think it's completely necessary and I have a spotless record... I want to keep this as simple as possible and plead guilty so I can pay the fine, take the class, and keep everything simple.

Okay so I'm a senior in high school and I completely regret not prepping more for SATs/ACTs last year and now I am very stressed.

I took the SAT in October 2010 and got an 1800 and then again in June 2011 and got an 1890.

I took the ACT in September 2011 and did TERRIBLY, a 25, but I got 29's on practice tests so I'm really not sure what happened there.

Anyway, my question is here:

Should I take the November/December SAT or the December ACT?

I'm really scared and confused. What should I take? Or should I just take both the December SAT and December ACT? I know the colleges that I'm applying to will take those scores. But I just don't know what to focus on! I'm planning on taking a diagnostic every weekend, maybe even two. But please help me!

okay so basically i dyed a shirt last night and let it sit for 12 hours...it was folded up into a swirl and i waited 12 hours and i just opened it. it looks really nice but its still pretty wet so if i touch it my fingers get stained. i cant roll it back into a spiral now because the colors will mix, so i put it outside in the sun so that it will dry. but i've heard people say that you're supposed to rinse it with cold water. but if i rinse it, won't all the WET dye come off [which won't be good]. please help me! should i just let it dry flat in the sun?

PS: the box said to wait 6-8 hours but i waited 12. and now i'm confused, lol.

okay I'm just wondering what exactly is "underwire" in a bra? and how do you know if it has underwire or not? because i was shopping online at target and some bras had underwire and others didn't.....can someone PLEASE explain what underwire is AND how you can tell if a bra has it or not?

okay so i had this overactive sweating problem and i read mitchum was good

so i got mitchum power gel for women

i have questions: how/when do i use it? do i use it along with my old deodorant? do i use it at night? after showering? PLEASEE HELP?

so i'll be doing some physical activity tomorrow, and i don't have any time to get mitchum/certain dri deodorant. i'll be getting it tomorrow :P

but anyway i sweat soo much and everytime i go to my dance practice i get sweat stains so i have to wear a sweatshirt. but it's supposed to be super HOT where i live tomorrow, at 3PM in the afternoon so i need something. i've tried baby powder with deoderant but it didn't work. i currently use secret antiperspirant =P

anyway do you think i should use duct tape over my armpits tomorrow? i do shave my underarms so yeaaa. afterwards i can get the good deoderant :). it would justbe once.

so today's monday and i'm missing school, or part of it?

well i have a nonstop cough and a very sore throat! i'm going to the doctor later on today...the office opens in an hour so my mom will call then.

but whenever i get an appt today, depending on how long it is, i'll see if i can go back to school or not. but anyway, this is an okay reason to miss school, right? because i don't want to feel guilty =/

okay so i woke up this morning w/ a lump in my throat. during my 1st class, i had slight coughing. during my 2nd class and 3rd class i had a bad headache. and that's when school ended. i got home and slept for 2-3 hours. and now i took tylenol extra strength rapid release gels. but i cannot swallow pills so i crushed it and put it in chocolate and ate 2 pills. but now i'm worried because i researched and it said it might be an overdosage or it might have the outer coating so its released slowly.

gah help! i always crushed my malaria pills when i went to a foreign country and my dr said that was okay. but since these are gel caplets, i'm kinda worried. i will DEF go to the dr tomorrow. so any ideas? what should i do? thanks =)

so i have this red "thing" on upper lip. like not ON ON it, but like right at the corner. i have some pictures, i know gross, but i need to know if it's a pimple or a coldsore so i don't treat it wrong.

okay anyway. do you know if it's a coldsore or pimple? if its a pimple i have spot treatment. if it's a coldsore, what should i do? i heard putting ice on it or nailpolish remover =P

6) Windows Defender (Looks pretty good, and I recently downloaded it)

Anyway, which ones should I keep? Which ones are good? And what uses are each good for?

Also, I heard it was not good to use more than one Antivirus program. Why is this?

okay so i'm trying to lose 10-15 lbs, but the healthy way! by eating healthy and exercising.

so this is what i ate today. i woke up laaatee today, so i couldn't eat breakfast!!

anyway:

glass of milk:110 calories

tortellini pasta:200-300 calories

2 cookies: 120 calories

2 crackers: 32 calories

glass of orange juice: 80 calories

long carrot stick (7"): 30 calories

and i'm about to eat dinner.

and i jumproped for 10 minutes and have been walking around a LOT. and after dinner, i'm going to do some more jumproping and running in place and such. i cant run outside cuz its cold/rainy.

and i'll do pushups/situps.

that's about 572-672 calories, and then another 300-400 calories for dinner i guess.

and are there any other exercises i can do at home?

and any tips?
