I’m completely stuck with what to write, please could someone help? 

I’m currently a healthcare assistant working on a mental health ward, this course is the equivalent of the 1st year in uni studying to become a mental health nurse

my rota says im only working monday, so i booked to go away. my boss now says i have to work as 1, i didnt book the time off (im zero hour contract, and tues-sun is blank on my rota ) and they need me to live with a customer, if i dont work i will be leaving her with no care, which is a sova / safeguarding issue and i will be in trouble. where do i tand legally?

i have altready asked my boss not to send me to this customer again, and i have made plans after seeing my weekly rota was blank

I used to work with a bloke, we became 'good' friends. Just friends nothing more!

He became Ill and needed a lift to hospital ( on Xmas day ) I took him, waited and brought him home. A few months later, his car broke down, so I went out of my way, leaving early to pick him up for work, and getting home late cuz id gone out of my way to take him home, this went on for weeks, I then left the company, he got a girlfriend, but we stayed in touch. Until he messages me saying his gf doesn't like us talking, we can be friends but it has to be a secret, no more social media messages etc incase she see's.

I feel very badly treated as all I've ever done is be a good friend to him, and suddenly I'm a dirty little secret, he can not see my point at all, stating we still mates, just not in public!!!

We have both been invited to a party and I really want to go, however, I know he will try and speak to me, and I'll look like rude when I ignore him, but I've got self respect and know my worth!

Should I just not go and avoid the hassle?

I started a new job around three months ago, and made friends with some of the staff.

Recently one member of staff has starting acting inappropriately towards me, and has even touched me, I told him no, but he tried again, again I said no.

I confided in one of the friendsI had made. I told them the whole story, and ask them not to say anything as I'm the new girl and I don't want to cause any trouble, they promised me they wouldn't say anything.

However, they did. They told the line manager everything I said, now the manager has spoke to Mr Touchy Feely and everything, thankly has stopped.

But did my colleague betray me trust? He says he only told because he was worried about me, and he told in my best interest ( which I believe ) he also says I can still trust him and we are friends. But can I trust him again? Should I forgive him? How would you feel?

I know he did it in my best interest because he cares, but he promised he wouldn't say anything

I'm female, and overweight!

I've just started to lift, and would love to become totally ripped and shredded. ( I know that's a long way off )

I just don't understand what they mean by bulking and cutting, when do I do it, will it make me ripped, what do you actually do/eat and for how long?

I recently read its better to do fasted cardio ( first thing in the morning, before you eat, 8 hour fast )

I want micro dermals in either my hip or lower back, which one can I start exercising quicker with? ( just spent a fortune on a personal trainer ) which would heal quicker? Or be easier to look after.

For 16 years I've smoked 20 fags a day. I want to quit, and the las few days I've been smoking tobacco and nicotine free fags.

It's going well and I haven't had any cravings, but will I become addicted to this?
