I was born Sheri Vale Obert. I then became S.V. O'Connell. Now I want to be a Holloway like my grandparents. Plus I like the name Shayla and Jenet.

Problem is, I have two documents to choose from.

#1 says Sheri Shayla Holloway.

#2 says Shayla Jenet Holloway

but maybe I should get a new paper that says

#3 Sheri Vale Holloway

What should I choose?

I'm on welfare. My kids dad's are still around. Maybe I expect too much to want to try a third time for a stable family life beyond single parenting right now.

My 7+year old son has been watching every video he can find on GTA 5. I don't blame him! There's the vehicle customizers, the off road travel, setting a motor boat in the lake and flying a helicopter. I'm psyched for him on his coming birthday..but I'm starting to see the drawbacks. There is a LOT of violence. I've heard even sex? I see the rating is mature. Is there anyway to play this game as if you're the good guy? Is there any other game out there that's even like it? Thanks for your help. 

They replaced Jack Horton, Bo's son, Sammi's son about 3 times..Don't you think it would be interesting? I hate to think of Sammi dead. She's been on the verge of death three times now. She always gets saved. Some 'insiders' say there's no way..But she could go on a trip like Carrie did...and a bunch of other former Salemites.

I'm kind of stuck. I always wanted to get re-baptized into another religion. I'm not really a Christian so that would feel like I'm leading a church on to get baptized in their church only to go to the church down the street. My research has told me that the only reason the UUs or the pagans would do it is if I was a baby or dedicating myself to the congregation. I want to do it for more spiritual reasons then that. What can I do?

We've been broke up over 10 years but now I'm going through a divorce from another guy. Sometimes I think he's trying to slip right back in as we never broke up. I am not okay with that and I've told him it irritates me when he thinks so. I don't think anything I say will ever change his thinking. I've had him around to spend time with his daughter but that's it. We had a rocky six years together that I don't want to repeat! And don't say counseling. He wouldn't go for that and I don't want it anymore. We're just too different.

I live in a community property state. I bought some land from my uncle but put it in my sister's name. Later on, after we married, she gifted the land back to me but I decided to put it in both mine in my husband's name. Now I want a divorce. My husband wants to live on our property now that he's unemployed. I don't want to just give him the land since I put all my money into it but I can't live on it until it has water. I don't really want to sell it since its sort of an heirloom and wish to have our kids inherit it. If we ever ran out of money and lost our house, it would be all we have left.

I could keep my married name. Don't really like my family name. I used to think I was native american. Can't prove it. What do you think? I am trying to make a clean start. Ideas? Thanks. Not too pretentious but with a flattering meaning. What should I do? Can't say much more. I have kids so this is hard.

My sister said that sometimes she avoids me because she's not in the mood for any drama for various reasons. When I try to call her, she says,"write me a note if you want something and I'll reply when I'm in the mood." I told her,"I'm not a business. How can you call this love?" She says,"I don't love a business. The only reason I help you at all (in light of our religious difference) is because I love you." I could let this go but I'm more inclined to just let HER go. I'm a separated mother of two and I'm not getting any help from her. Its not like I call her every week with a new situation. She won't even ask me how I'm doing anymore...I don't know how to love someone whose always trying to keep me at a distance. What's your opinion?

I've been shopping at this store for several years and never really knew any of the checkers. Then one day, I went in as usual, and one of them said the usual greeting but added,"I go to Goodwill every day. I saw you there today." I was blown away because I never knew anyone noticed me before. However, the conversation ended abruptly when I couldn't remember seeing him or being there. I thought if I called him, I could maybe get him to explain what the mix up was. It got more jumbled and he hung up. It hurt to realize he must have the wrong girl but I decided to move on and try to make things go back the way they were. For a time I've decided just to skip him altogether when I can to avoid any further confusion.

One problem: Since then, this checker has been going out of his way to ask me how I am and saying hello to me all the time and especially goodnight after his shift if I'm there. Its almost like he wants things to 'go somewhere' and I'm confused. He didn't seem 'into' me before when I called. He is now? I thought he didn't know me after all. Should I move on or move closer? I hate not knowing what he's thinking or wants from me and I'm afraid to ask.

Good communication has always been important to me especially after all the mistakes I've made. I would be open to dating him but he hasn't asked me..What's going on?! (I mean, we're friends? Nah, couldn't be, right?) Oh man. Its perplexing. Where to go from here..?

Is that friendly banter or a sign of interest? I'm not used to strangers saying that.

I've been friends with this guy online for a couple months. We've even talked a couple times. Sometimes I feel like we're developing into something more. Then he reminds me that he's got a girlfriend and that he wouldn't date someone so different in viewpoint. I told him it hurt my feelings to be reminded that we're not dating. I know that. We live far apart and I'm just separated. My choice was to suck it up when he said that he has to remind himself we're not dating because he thinks I'm pretty...to reinforce the right boundaries. So, I'm talking to someone else's boyfriend...Should we stay friends?

I want to be hard hitting but fair. I don't want to be boring but personal. I don't want to guide them toward a Christian church as I am not a Christian and want to allow them to provide freedom from religion. I believe I will keep someone from being deceived into avoiding important health measures, protection from pedophiles and rapists and to keep their family united despite religious differences. I know I can't actually reach cultist but maybe it will help the community. Any ideas? I don't want to name names since it will be implied that I am slandering them unfairly. I am ready to back up what I'm saying with evidence and witnesses. I'm not ready to stand outside their church but spread information that the cult won't provide themselves. If they choose to join, at least they will know what they're joining. If they're a member they will know what they're a member of..How would you do this?
