My wife wants to burn fat she's on those last few 5lbs. We have a treadmill at home and she wants to do a sprint for 5 minutes every hour throughout the day. I figure spreading the cardio out will keep the heart rate and metabolism higher throughout the day thus burning more fat calories and giving the body a better chance of using fat as energy. But am hoping someone can speak to it if it's actually better or worse at burning fat then doing your cardio all at once i.e. 60minutes of cardio.

Can anyone tell me what type of grass this is? I think of it as Irish or Scottish grass but I don't really know.

The grass grows long in lumps it lays on it's side and looks like rolling mounds it almost gives a smooth texture to it, would be a nightmare to lose a golf ball in it...etc.

I have been all over Google images and can't figure it out anyone pleeeease!!!!

I am in the process to short sale my home. I bought this home before I got married and the loan and deed are in my name alone. My wife at the same time is trying to buy a house we can afford for us to move into. My questions are this:

1. Can I be a co-borrower on my wife's loan to help us qualify while still maintaining a good interest rate for her? Will she still be able to claim it as a primary residence even though the short sale on my home is not complete yet?

2. Since I'm short selling my home if I have a new property I am co-borrower on can the bank from the first home put a lien on my new home?

Hi I want to add wireless stereo outdoor speakers to my existing home theatre system Sony STR-DG720. It appears all wireless speaker transmiters only have a headphone jack or RCA jack. If I hook it up to the headphone jack on the receiver I will only get audio out of my wireless speakers and not my home theatre (wired speakers) as well. Is there any way (or brand) to hook wireless speakers up so I can get sound out of all my speakers at the same time? Thanks!

My wife is not on the original mortgage or title I bought it before we married and we still have separate bank accounts. I really want to walk away as this was the worst investment of my life. Is this an option?

To better define what temperature do we look at to determine freezing? Is it 32 F on the Wet Bulb or the Dry Bulb? Or is it something else? Thanks!
