My boyfriend already verbally requested

he gave her his prescription from his VA dr to have assistance animals for his ptsd

She tries saying we would have to pay deposit still so we sent her HUD Information. She's now asking us to fill out a form

1st form is for the dr basically asking him already what he typed up in the prescription

It asks for expected duration of disability

asks him to list major life activities that are limited by his disability

2nd form is asking why he needs the modification (paying no pet deposit)

Can someone tell me if she's allowed to do this cause as I said he's already told her verbally and his dr already explained why he needed the assistance animals in the prescription he gave

I haven't done it!!! But I'm pregnant and stopped smoking when I found out but I'm craving one like hell so was wondering if the 0mg of nicotine liquid would be ok? Im assuming its just flavoring oil without the nicotine but I'm not sure whats all in it so wondering if anyone knows if its safe or not while prego

First, I know there are plenty of older children that want to be adopted but its just not what we want. Personal preference.

So I've been TTC for 9 months now. 2 miscarriages. Worried I'll have to look at other options.

So how much on average does ivf cost.

More spefifically, how much if I use my own egg, partners sperm and my own uterus if able?

How much if I have to get a surrogate using my own eggs and my partners sperm?

I guess I should also ask how much if I can't use his sperm or my egg?

Last q being how long does it take for it to even work. Will it take just a month or 2 or way longer?

I don't need an exact, just an estimate from your own personal research or experience. Or if there's some kind of insurance that can help or of we can get a loan.

Ok... so for the last 6 or 7 months my friend has been in the middle of trying to change the parenting times between him and his ex wife.

Right now he has them their waking hours, she has them at night. They alternate weekends.

They went to court last month for a judge to decide the parenting times because mediation didn't work. And of course the judicial system where I'm from is total lazy crap so the whole process is being extended even longer. They have to get a lawyer to represent the kids and do an investigation to see who is better fit for full custody.

However, 2 weeks ago, his ex wife QUIT her job. She is now relying on the income of her boyfriend and on their eldest sons ssi because he is autistic. (about 700 a month his son gets) And she sends the kids to my friend's mom on her weekends because she cant afford to feed them.

Is there ANY way he can get like an emergency court hearing to get full custody? I personally think she is now unable to care for the children and therefore should lose custody immediately since she's not married to her bf and they could possibly break up ya know?

The state is Colorado if anyone can find the legal about it. A link would be super great, not entirely necessary. I could call the court house but if it's something he can get done i wanna make sure it's something he will DEFINITELY win. I don't know other variables involved where he could lose?

So my friend is adopted. His mother is trying to help his ex wife get full custody. (she wont be getting it cause she's a moron and abusive) and my friend doesn't want his adoptive mother to see the kids because she's teaching them bad habits and refuses to discipline them or feed them proper food. But whatever the case may be...

Does she have the right to get grandparent rights when she's not even blood related?

And if so, can he get emancipated from her or something so she cant have any rights to the kids?

His mother neglects him so he ends up hurting himself a lot, and recently cigarette burn marks were found on my nephews back while he was with his dad.

They are both abusing and neglecting him. I'm the one that raised my nephew, when the dad left her 8 months pregnant, me and my mom stepped in and took care of her. While she was too exhausted ALL THE TIME to watch him or care for him. I DID IT. I did everything. Please tell me if I can do anything to get him away from those two.

Honestly... I know I probably shouldn't. He treated me like dirt and was always demanding I be around him all the time. It was kind of cute but maybe insane that he would call me a few times while I was even at work to say he loved me and missed me.

He's been in a year already and is getting mental help. He apologizes to me about everything he has done. (we write to each other) and he says things like he realizes how wrong he was and that he is trying to change and that even though he'll accept friendship, maybe we'll still feel the same about each other when he gets out.

I dont know if he's being serious or just clinging to the only real thing he's had in his life? He's been to jail a few times for domestics prior to us getting together but he never hit me. I was like the only person he never hit, so I'm wondering if I should give him another chance or if he is a lost cause and I should move on :/
