I need to redirect a link to another link across all browsers in my windows 7.

For example:

The link to be redirected: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pour_le_M%C3%A9rite

The place where it should redirect to: http://4gp.tw/b025/1386177834502.pdf

I thought it could be done by modifying the hosts file.

But the modifying the hosts file only redirects one domain to another domain, and not from a subdomain/specific page to another subdomain/specific page.

If not? Is there a way to do such a redirection for internet explorer?

I'd be grateful for an answer.

I am easily able to obtain the IP address of the domain 4gp.tw which is 176.67.166.222.

But I need to find an IP address(or whatever else) that I can type into the address bar and open this page directly. Typing the above IP address only takes me to the main page of the website.

I'd be grateful for advice on how to obtain IP adresses for such pages.
