What can be taken to help calm anger & temper problems that isn't medication, for it doesn't work.

I have always cleansed, toned, and put face lotion on my face.

I mean it helps, i rarely break out.

But what is the purpose of using all 3 in this 3-step process?

can you do just one (toner, or cleaner) and get the same result?
