Is it illegal to hack into your husband's facebook account?
I figured out my husband's Facebook password, and changed it so that he can no longer use it, for several reasons that I'm not going to list. Is it illegal, we are married, so I'm thinking it shouldnt be.

My friend wants to marry is girlfriend who is an illegal immigrant who is also my friend. She came here as a child and her parents didn't inform her of her status until she was an adult. She has no immediate family who can file for her and she has no ties to her home country.
My question is, can my friends just go down to city hall and get married or will they grab her by the wrist and drag her off in chains?
Is there some paper work that they have to fill out first? If so what is the specific name and where can they go to get this information?
Additional Info: Neither she or her boyfriend are considering sending her back to her home country to file papers, she has no family that she knows there and don't want to be separated.
