hi there! okay, so I've been looking for a summer dress that suits my style and my budget (I'm 16), but all the ones I really like are too expensive, so does anyone know where I can get a dress for under $70 (preferably way less) that is lower than mid-thigh and somewhat modest?

the guy i like -who likes me as well- has a girlfriend. now some bigmouth friend of mine told her that he is going to leave her for me - which may or may not be true, i don't know. but i saw her after my friend told her that, and the poor thing looked wretched. and now i feel really bad about liking him - but its his choice right now whether to actually break up with her or not. but what do i do to keep her frome hating me? and thinking that i stole him from her? (i really didn't mean to hurt her, but i couldn't help that i liked him) me and the guy were friends from a little while before he started dating her, but we only just found out that we like each other...
