A man in Kalamazoo has been working at Walmart's for 5 yrs. He was approved for the use of medical marijuana as he has a brain tumor and sinus cancer. The screening process is expensive. It cost $200.00 for an application and then you go through a screening process. Then to pay for the pot. They drug tested him and came back positive for a controlled substance; which it is considered. Now is this fair to the man to get fired as people are taking controlled substance medications all the time; like vicodin, oxycotin, valium, xanax,etc. Walmart has come back with a statement saying anyone drug tested and it comes back positive for a controlled substance is terminated. Is this fair? Should different laws now be enforced as this is a new thing Mich. is dealing with? There have been over 16,000 apps. filled out. Or are their just a bunch of pot-heads wanting to get their hands on pot legalized to avoid jail?

Why does this not bother people?? Obama has spent trillion's of dollars in the first 4 monthes he was in office.More than any President. Now he is talking another Stimulus 2010? He goes to Hawaii, again? How much will this cost taxpayer, AGAIN? Now the White House is hosting a cook off with the 4 top chefs from the food network against the chef at the White House. Why does Obama gets away with this crap and is not acting in the best interest of the U.S.??? People complain about Bush, but he sure isn't schitzo. and messing up our lives. Bush,at leat tried to help the people of the United States, while Obama is having fun!!!! Bush has nothing to do with the White House anymore, it is all Obama's. I have called the White House, have you????

In Florida, an atheist created a case against the upcoming Christmas holy day. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days. The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the passionate lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring "Case Dismissed!" The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying "Your honor, how can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Easter, and others. The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays." The judge leaned forward in his chair saying "But you DO. You client, counsel, is woefully ignorant." The lawyer said "Your honor, we are unaware of any special observance or holidays for atheists." The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day. Psalm 14:1 states,"the fool says in his heart, there is no God...' Thus, it is the opinion of the court, that if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool. Therefor, April 1st is his day. Court is adjourned.

You gotta love a Judge that knows His scripture.

I propped up pillows to sleep. As i'm out of state, I can't go to my Dr.s till I get back. I know someone that died in this same situation. I do have acid reflux and haven't been taking my meds. lately. Sounds serious to me, what do u guys think?(started taking my meds. for acid reflux)

I don't smoke but there's MORE Government control.
