I just got a new computer, a Toshiba. It comes with all these "free trials", like Skype and Vongo and Photoworks. How do I remove these programs? I've gone to add/remove programs and they are not there- I think these files are hidden or something and I don't want to mess up my new computer by messing with hidden files. Please help!

I have been on paxil cr for 2 years now to control my anxiety disorder and panic attacks. In preparation for trying to conceive I tried to taper down my dose but I could barely handle it and had to go back on. I know you will all say that you shouldn't be on antidepressants while pregnant, and I know that, but I need to know- is there anyone out there who went through this too? How did you manage being off of your medicine? Did the pregnancy hormones make your anxiety better or worse? I really cannot imagine living with the severe anxiety I had before going on these meds. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.

I am no more than 2 weeks pregnant, I just found out- I am scheduled for a tonsillectomy tomorrow and they will only do it under general anesthesia. I am getting my tonsils out because they are huge and are obstructing my breathing so much that I have sleep apnea (stop breathing) at night. I really really really want them out because I'm so scared of sleep apnea (and it's not supposed to be good for babies). However, I know that general anesthesia could be a risk for a baby too. Does anyone know if it is a risk at this stage (only 2 weeks pregnant?). Do you think I should have this procedure done?

I am 28 and having a tonsillectomy done next week and I am scared to death! I researched it and came across this site where all these tonsillectomy "survivors" were exclaiming about how traumatic their pain was- one woman said it was worse than childbirth! I need some people to tell it to me straight- how bad is the recovery REALLY (from a steel knife cutting procedure, not cautery), and how long until I'll feel normal again??
