I love the Old french feel to this name. I just think she would eventually be called Emma (which i dont like) or Elle which is cute but i like the full name better.

Do you like the name and do you think people will shorten it in time?

So I have decided to name my son Oz. I love the name and I'm very excited about it.. Unfortunately, I can't for the life of me figure out a middle name that sounds good to go with it. I was just curious to know what you think would fit best?! Any suggestions are good!

my friend is having a baby girl, she a kind of a hippy-like person. she's great and fun and i could care less what she names her daughter because ill love the baby no matter what. but i just cannot stand the name Georgia Rain Betty.. Rain is short for Lorraine and Betty was her grandmother's name, which i say is short for Elizabeth but she doesn't believe me oddly enough. Instead of calling her daughter Georgia she is calling her Rain.. I just dont get it. I was wondering if it's just me who feels this way or do you not like the name as well?

I love Old English baby names, Theres a sophistication to them. I was wondering if the name Godric? I love the name but my friend said that having a baby named Godric is a little strange.

My sister is having a baby boy, I suggested the name Oz, it's an unusual old fashioned name, which is my favorite category. She said that I was crazy for even suggesting it.
