my six month old "potcake" mix puppy Daisy is not pooping as much lately. sorry if this is tmi but i am just a little worried lol. she used to go two, sometimes three times a day but lately has only gone once every 24 hours. (give or take a few) like i said she is six months old and this pooping issue has been going on for about four days now.

also, i have her crate trained for while im at work and i have a folded up comforter in there for her to lay on. the comforter is "stuffed" with cotton and sometimes she chews on it, spilling the cotton stuff inside. it doesnt seem like she eats it because her poos dont have anything weird in them, but still its a possibility i suppose. i have tried to stop her by pulling out all the stuffing from the blanket that i can, so theres not much for her to get to besides little bits that i may have missed.

think i should be worried about her being blocked up from eating the cotton stuff? i really dont think she ate much if any at all but it still concerns me. maybe she is getting used to her new food? the people i got her from had her on purina dog chow, but i switched her to the puppy chow since she is still young. or maybe she is constipated??? idk haha.

any thoughts??

i am interested in getting a dirt bike but i really dont know where to start. i am 20 years old and have never owned or maintained a dirt bike before, and to be honest i know very little about them. i have rode a couple smaller bikes, but i am looking for something more my size. (obviously) im about 6 ft tall and around 165-170 lbs, what size bike would suite me? keep in mind, i am very new to this. i have no trouble shifting when i ride the smaller bikes so im sure i could handle it on a bigger one too. mainly, i would just be riding it around the woods and dirt trails in my area, no hardcore racing or big jumps or anything like that. something street legal would be best for me. my biggest concern is that i am able to find a used one still in good condition.. i dont want to drop big bucks for a brand new bike. what kind of bike would you suggest for a beginner like myself?

well, i plan on getting a beardie in the near future. but i dont want to do so until i have a habitat as well as the other basic needs ready and set up. i have access to everything i need except a terrarium, the most important part. pet stores in my area dont have a great selection and ive found quite a few online but none of them are exactly what i want. the exo-terra brand seems to completely dominate the "terrarium market". i really like the design of their larger glass cages with the front access doors on them, but they are just too small. the biggest one ive seen is 3x2x3 feet.. or something close to that. i want something bigger than that because i plan to get pretty intricate with the inside design, plus i dont want to have to purchase another one once my beardie reaches full size! so im thinking something about 5.5-6 ft long by 3-4 ft wide and maybe 3 ft tall. i also think the front access doors is a must. are there any retailers out there that sell something like this??preferably something i could buy in a store since shipping for something like this would cost a fortune.. i just dont want something so small! am i being unrealistic with my expectations? am i going to have to have a custom made cage specially built for my needs? maybe thats a bit big but i want to make sure my beardie will be happy and have plenty of room to explore. so what do you think? any ideas on where i can get a terrarium that fits my description, or maybe even a company to custom build one? thanks in advance for any help!

Well i dug up the old nintendo 64 console and games. Problem is, some of the games wont work! A few of the games will power on and play just fine, while others wont even start up. The console itself is in mint condition, it was boxed up nice n tight to keep it safe from dust. i dont have the proper tools to safely open the game carts, so im wondering if anyone has some tips or tricks to cleaan and get them working without actually opening the game carts. Any help is good! Thanks.

well i accidentally deleted a few folders full of pics on my PC over the weekend. i deleted them and emptied the "recycle bin" without realizing that there were actually some pics in there that i wanted to keep. anyways long story short.. any easy way to recover them? im no computer wiz and if im gonna have to call the geek squad then forget about it.

Well ive made my decision. I am going to leave my girlfriend of a year and three months. It was not an easy decision, but for my own well being and happiness it has to happen. i dont want to lead her on and live a lie. I have to do this. I have a lot of respect for her so i want to do it face to face. Heres the scoop. I still care about here very much, and i wish to do this as gently as possible. I know she is going to cry. A lot. she is very emotional and will instantly blame herself. In reality, it is not her fault. To keep things simple on here, ill say ive just had a change of heart. but how to do this? I want to end it for good, i dont want to leave her with false hope. I want to be able to explain myself to her, but it will be hard to do so over her wailing and crying her eyes out. How can i break up with her as gently as possible but still be firm? Please help im really stressed over this. Thanks.

this is a tough one for me so id appreciate some serious responses. bear with me if its a bit long, i really wanna hear your input! well, i have been dating my girl for a year a three months now. we are both 20 and this has been the first "serious" relationship for both of us. we love each other very much. our relationship is great. we seldom argue, and work out our differences without any serious disputes. we have gotten very comfortable with each other and we love the time we spend together. we have even talked about our future together, in a the-rest-of-our-lives sense. heres my problem. about a month ago, i realized that i was feeling kind of overwhelmed and smothered. i was feeling like i didnt have enough time to myself, since we were spending literally every day together. i tried to fix this by telling her we needed to slow things down, spend less time together but still maintain our relationship. she took it very hard, but since then i have had more time to myself, we are even happier when we are together, and our relationship may have even improoved. but now, the past few days or so, ive been thinking of leaving her. i realized that im too young to be making life-long promises to anyone. the idea of playing the field is very very exciting to me, and so is the thought of even meeting a new girl and "starting fresh". i just feel like leaving her would be best for me in the long run, and that i would be happier. this is all just thoughts in my head, nothing i have talked to her about. however, my heart is telling me it wouldnt be worth it, that i should stay where i know i am happy and that it would just crush her if i left her. i know it would hurt me to be without her, but i also know that i could easily pick myself up and move on. i would feel more guilty about hurting her than i would be hurt about being without her. i just dont know what to do right now. i dont want to lead her on and constantly wonder if i could be happier if i wasnt in this relationship. but at the same time, i feel like i still love her, and that it would be hard to start over, and even harder to let her down after all this time. can anyone help me, share words of wisdom or give advice? i would really appreciate it!

well let me start off by saying that i have been going to the same artist for a few years now, and i have dedicated over thirty hours and a good portion of my skin to this guys art. and i love his work. no doubt about that. heres my story. a few months back, my artist was sick and had been out of the shop for over a week. he had to cancel an appt with me. i was really wanting to get inked so i went to another shop ive heard good things about. the artist that owned that shop was booked, but another guy that worked there said he could get me in first thing next day, so i was down. right before my appt the next day, i go to the bank to get some cash and realize i dont have enough cash to cover the work i was about to get. i called up the shop and spoke to the guy and he assured me over and over that it was fine and that he would hook me up this time. i expected to pay about 150 but only had 70 to spend, and he said he was cool with it. i go to the shop and he is still assuring me its okay. first big let down was that he didnt even have my drawing ready. i had to wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours before he had it perfected to my liking. next big problem was that the guy didnt even have a proper tattoo chair! i mean, he works in a legit, respected shop and hes far beyond apprenticeship, but here i am sitting in a crappy fold up metal chair. i was pretty pissed. he was the only one in the shop without a real chair. anyways, so he gets the tatoo done and i am very happy with it, looks just like i wanted to. but i was not happy with my overall experience with him or at that shop in general. i didnt really like the guy who did it, and sitting in the crappy chair was just horrid. problem is, he asked me to come back for more work since he gave me a deal. i always stick to my word, but i really dont want to go back to that shop. it just wasnt a comfortable experience.

well im thinking of getting a new phone. i currently have the HTC tilt (old. not the new one) and i HATE it. i think i just hate windows mobile in general. i want to get a new phone, just a simple messaging/email phone. nothing with windows mobile or some other third party operating system. the only reason i got the tilt was for the full HTML browser, full QWERTY keyboard and email directly to my phone. hotmail is no longer supported, so i cant get emails directly to my phone anymore. instead i have to use the stupid windows live app which is garbage. in my new phone i could care less if its got a full HTML browser, as long as i can still access the few mobile sites i use. i HAVE to have a QWERTY keypad.. i just text too much not to have it. i would prefer a phone that does not slide at all, just an "open faced" phone.. if thats the right way to describe it. if i had to get a slider i want one that slides up, so i dont have to deal with the portrait/landscape mode crap. the screen transition lags too much sometimes. id like to get my emails straight to my phone too. and a music player would be a nice touch.

anyone have any ideas on a phone that might fit my criteria?

i work third shift. (graveyard, overnights) i come to work at 9:30 pm and leave at 7:00 am. sleep all day and work all night, sunday night through thursday night. 40 hours a week. ive recently been given the option to work the weekend shift. its a bit different, only working friday, saturday, and sunday. id be going in at 11:00 am and leaving at 1:30 am. its a much longer day but id only be working 3 days in a row then have 4 days off. id be getting the same amount of hours.

the weekend is normally my time to unwind, relax and let loose. but if i switched shifts, it would be the other way around. and i would be on kind of an opposite schedule than my friends and family. im only considering it because it will get me off the night shift.

which shift would you work, if only given those 2 choices?

so ive decided to quit smoking cold turkey and would love some tips. it was a very sporadic decision, so i dont have a "quit date" or anything like that. no plan at all really. i just know that if i buy another pack, ill be back in the same funk of smoking a pack a day and fantasizing about quitting. so any ex-smokers have some tips?

also, as a side note, ive bee looking into Swedish snus. yeah yeah... why bother quitting? you say. i want to quit smoking, not necessarily stop my nicotine intake habit. and i have tried snus before, i ordered some from a website but know nothng about it really. i pretty much ordered the stuff that came in the most attractive cans. it was different and i enjoyed it, but after going through a couple cans of the stuff, i decided it was kind of a novelty, didnt exactly "do the trick" for me.

anyways so i guess i have a few questions. tips on quitting smoking? is snus a true and satisfying "replacement" for smoking? what are some of the better and more satisfying snus brands you have tried?

just curious. mine is my conch. it just looks perfect. i think thats largely thanks to my piercer, who sadly has left the industry. its placement is perfect and the CBR i wear is perfectly snug to my ear. not too tight but not floppy. as a matter of fact, ive had it for 2 years and never even taken it out. i love it.

hello thanks for taking the time to read this. so my girlfriend is worried she might be pregnant. she is on the depo shot and has been for about 11 months. the past week or two she has been complaining of nausea and a bit of back pain. also her period hasnt come for about three months, but i assume thats from the birth control. now i personally dont think she is pregnant, only because every time its close to go back to the gyno and get her shot she starts to worry she might be pregnant. this has been going on since she started the shot late last year. but this time around she has been going on about it so much that its starting to worry me. however i understand that she knows her body best and if she feels something is going on then thats reason to worry. for whatever reason, she wont take a hpt but regardless she will be tested this coming thursday when she is scheduled to get her shot. we are only 20 years old and certianly not ready for a kid, so whats your take? what do you think the posibility of her being pregnant is? should we be worried? conception would have occured either over labor day weekend or two weeks before that, if that info is of any use. also one last thing. ive heard from a few people that if a girl constantly worries about being or becoming pregnant, then she could get "fake" or "false" pregnancy symptoms. is that true or possible? any advice or info would be great. thanks.

my lobes are currently stretched to 1 1/4". they have been at this size for almost a year now. over the weekend i decided not to wear my plugs, but instead i wore some insanely heavy ear weights. i assumed this would retain my size, but when i went to put my plugs back in i couldnt get one of them in. i ended up wearing a slightly smaller one (1 1/8") and now im in the taping process to get back up to my original size. so i guess i have a few questions.

first off, when you decide not to wear your plugs for an extended period of time, what do you do to retain your size? and how long can you go without plugs before you can comfortably put your jewelry back in?

and if weights dont help stretch or retain your size, then what the hell are they for?

and one last question, kind of out of context but ill ask anyways. does anyone have any experience with kaos softwear skin eyelets? im curious but skeptical to purchase them, because im not a fan of silicone.

howdy. i love me some dark beers. oatmeal stouts, imperials, brown ales, marzens, bocks, etc. just about anything heavy and dark. im relatively new to experimenting with different beers but ive found that those are my favorite types. i like a heavy thick feeling beer, maybe a bit sweet but plenty of hop flavor to balance it out. also i like a strong malty finish. there are many restrictions in my state about import beers, so many brands are hard to come by. im particularly fond of new castle, Guinness, amber bock, sam smiths oatmeal stout, and just about any sam adams brew. any suggestions on something i should give a try?

also, just another quick question, whats your favorite seasonal brew? i really enjoy sam adams oktoberfest as well as harvest moon. ive yet to try any brews from the other seasons though. any suggestions there?

gimme some ideas for something fun to do this weekend. i have a girlfriend, we normally have a dinner date in the evening then maybe watch a movie later. sometimes she drags me along to go shopping with her. me and the guys always go out for wings n beer on friday nights, so thats taken care of. but what about me n the gf? what are some things we can do for relatively cheap that will keep us entertained through out the weekend? im just gettin tired of the dinner and a movie routine.
