What are those backpacks that open up into one main compartment, sort of as if it is a douffle bag, but as a backpack ? I seen a dickies one, and I dont know how to find it because I dont know the exact term. Any help would mean alot. Thanks :)

Hi, I have osteochondritis in my left knee, and the doctor said it waas alright to work out, and do toe raises, as long as theres no impact, because osteochondritis is a cartilage disease. Well anyway, Ive been doing toe raises for around 2 weeks, 2 times a day, 4 days a week, with tensor bandage on. & At first i noticed how my calves looked bigger while doing the workout, but its just because of the thightness of the bandage. But two weeks later, I notice my calf that ive been using the tensor bandage on is much bigger than my right leg. Is it because of the bandage ? Can anyone tell me a reason why my left is bigger when Ive been doing them equally, or is it just a coincidence ?

Okaysoo, I recently tore a piece of cartilage in my knee, and because I cant put any pressure on my knee, I cant use my body weight as training, (pushups, etc..) So ive decided to try and start weight lifting, and I have a few questions for anyone why has a VALID answer ?

How many times a week should I be lifting weights, because as of right now Im doing the 4 days a week, Mon.Wedn.Fri.Sun . Is that to much or should I be doing the 3 days a week ?

Another question I have is the weight total of the dumbbell, Im not going to be doing arm curls or anything, Im going to take a benchpress weight, holding it with two hands, and bringing it side to side, as if sort of a rowing motion, if you were to switch sides each time. I was doing 15 pounds, but I thought that was a little bit too much, so I tried to drop it to 10, but I dont feel any burn when I do 10. I do 4 reps of 25, two times a day. &I know doing alot can stunt your growth, so thats why Im trying to do low weight with High reps. Can anyone tell me if 15 pounds is too much, or should I continue with 10 ?

Hi, I have have jailbroken Iphone 4, and everytime I lock my device, it goes to the lockscreen, as supposed to do, but when I go to unlock it, and start to type in my passcode, it would go super slow, and in my passcode, theres a E followed by an R, and when I type R, the whole password deletes.

When I tried to switch my password to Numbers, it continued to move very slow, making me type the incorrect passcode EVERY time.

Im 13, and im 5'3, which is not very tall for my age. I watch alot of basketball, and I always see things on Dwayne Wade about how he was a short guy, always had big feet and big hands, and now hes 6'4. & Kwahi Leonard is 6'7 and he apprently has huge hands, at 11 inches wide, and mine are close to that, me being 13 and him being 22. Anyway

I have the HUGEST hands, and pree big feet for my age and size. My Feet are 8.5 and my hands width believe it or not; 8.5 inches wide. The length is; 8 inches long.

I dont know my father, but my mom said he was around 5'9 at the time when she had me. &she had me at 18 so my dad wasnt fully done growing. My moms 5'3.

How tall will I be, I know you cant predict, my my long limbs and arms feet, have to mean something. At this age, Im gonna have to end up growing into my hands and feet. PLEASE HELP

Well, when I woke up this morning my Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro wouldnt turn on.
